Nine fine Fisherman is a fun pub and the dueling piano bar is good.

Gallaghers is always great.

I like the fast food options too some times you don't fell like a sit down dinner and a piece of pizza or deli sandwich hits the spot.

 

I love NYNY as a whole. I think it has the best overall theme throughout the property and they follow through with the NY attitude, without being downright rude. The service is consistent, the machines are fair, not wonderful but fair, and the staff seems content with their jobs. LOL - The only thing I have to give thumbs down to is the roller coaster. It is the joltiest (is that even a word??), roughest coaster we have ever been on. Anywhere. If I wanted to throw my back out in Vegas I could definitely find a better way to do it than on a roller coaster. Thumbs down to the coaster but big thumbs up for the rest of the property.

No, she is an evil bitch! My bankroll gets decimated on this machine! But, I keep comin' back to her!

 

Ah damn u ever tried the unicorn one right next to it. That one seems damn volatile for sure

 

Oh yeah! After I get a beating from Miss Cleo, I should slink my way out of the HL Room, but no, that damn Unicorn is lookin' mighty fine. And then I drop about $300 just to see it stick it's horn up my ass!

In case you haven't figured out, HL Room in NYNY has been a sore spot for me!

I do like the Center Bar though. Good bartenders and fun and interesting people playing all the time!

 

Sitting at the bar at Il Fornaio, having a glass of wine and some yummy eats, while still being on the edge of the casino for people watching and feeling like part of the action.

I like the happy hour at Nine Fine Irishman. Bar is somewhat full and great camaraderie.

 

Charlotte and Joni in the high limit bar. My wife's favorite place to sit and relax while I degen on the high limit slots. My two favorite bartenders in Vegas. No frills place but they make me feel at home. Can't wait for December 29th. I've called NYNY home for about the last 8 years. Food choices are good. I agree with VM Gallaghers is fantastic and Greenbergs is a must every trip. It's smaller and easy to navigate. Also the WD slots have been fairly kind over the years.

 

A few things:

• For whatever reason I must have 48th and Crepe each morning I stay there. I don't normally eat crepes but it's like a thing for me now.

• The vibe is very energetic - I'm not a clubber but I still enjoy the energy when everything is opened up!
  
  
• Their attention to detail. The view outside my room on my most recent trip was very reminiscent of hotels I've stayed at in New York (joking, but it did make me laugh when I saw it!)

• I do love the old school Times Square vibe. I just walked through the real thing most recently on Monday and have been over time lamenting the transition to what are effectively giant TV screens. Give me the neon feel any day!
