The road to Super Bowl 2018 - Group Report

We left the Venetian and 15 minutes later we were in the jet. Wish I could fly this way all the time.

Oh yeah, one last thing. The thoughts that go through your mind when you realize your pilots are sharing Cell phone pictures at 30,000 feet (see photo below). Funny shit right there. We busted their balls after the flight and we all had a nice laugh. Good times for sure.

My brother has a large credit on his jet account. 3 or 4 times a year he uses a jet for either work or pleasure. I wish I had more info, but I didn't ask him what the rate was.

Kevin was stoked. His wife had to leave Vegas that morning for home, back to some god awful cold place back east. Instead of going home, Kevin had to fly to Southern California on business for a few days. He's a good guy, with a good career, heading in the right direction. We were happy to pay it forward. Actually, we had been talking with him for a few minutes in the sports book when he offered us a bottle of wine that he couldn't get in his carryon. So Kevin actually gave to us first. Of course we accepted. Then, out of the blue, he said he was flying to the same airport as us, and he was leaving the Venetian at the exact same time we were (we hadn't told him where we were going or when we were leaving). Everything lined up perfectly. We treated him to lunch also. And oh yeah, we gave him back his bottle of wine. I told him no one would believe him back home, so I took his pic before we boarded and then texted it to him. He will have a cool Vegas story to tell to his friends & family for a long time.
