I don't find the amount of multipliers given very exciting on 3 play, 10 play is more fun to me when I've tried it on videopoker.com.


But adding 9 of the same game is dumb imo in any casino before it's a certified hit (e.g. STP, Ultimate X, Ultimate X Bonus Streak, Hot Roll). Most of the gimmick VP games in the last decade have fizzled out. That said Powerhouse is probably is still in the top ten in placements (Edit: wrong).

Even another forum favorite doesn't make the cut, Ultimate Aces only has 45 installs. That game is about 5 years old now.

 

I tried it on my recent trip to Red Rock, I started with dollar denom 3 plays and it was not exciting at all, after read the game rule and I notice you have to play 10 plays to get the most excitement.

Hence I was doing $100 a pull, thank God I got a dealt flush for a $2500 handpay then I quit the game . I was on the verge of tilting lol


The ult x bonus streak game is tilting too.. I thiught ult x was bad lol.

 

Wynn has it as well, I think only 1 machine though. You can play up to 10-play dollars at Wynn.

If you're playing 10 hands, you always get the 9 extra hands on any paying dealt hand, but you only get one 2x multiplier on a paying pair. Dealt straights, flushed and 3OAKs are exciting because you get a lot of multiplier. If you play 5 hands, you don't get the 9 extra hands on all paying dealt hands. You only get 3 extra hands for a paying pair, with one 2x or 3x multiplier. Dealt 2 pair you get 5 or 6 extra hands with a couple of multipliers. Not sure about 3 play because I've never played it.

 

Finally hit my first single line royal...
