    I never seen a sports bet payoff this high before.

    You might want to contact the book first before doing anything like mailing though. This payout looks subject to a W2G. :(

    I would book another trip to vegas personally though. ;)

    I think the same rules apply from horse racing and table games. Any win over $600 with over 300-1 payout on the total bet requires a W2g.

    Yeah, but was your wager 15 dollars or less? ;) As @gmille58 says, the 300-1 or greater payout is a key factor for a W2G.

    I actually watched the Monday night game not even thinking I had any action so it was super relaxing game.
    I was just rechecking all my tickets on Tuesday from when I was in Vegas in case I missed something while drunk.

    Flusher, you could win $3500 for a mere $5,120 (five thousand one hundred twenty dollars) at that rate.
    Much better than I do on a typical Vegas trip.
    No payback unless you hit them all, or have some ties. One loss kills it.
