Bond turning into a barbershop??

The space is actually very large for what's being built. But to put it simply, I think most people consider Beauty & Essex a restaurant that happens to have a pawn shop at its entrance. This will be similar in style.

Wow-BOND was one of my favorite Vegas bars/lounges/clubs of all time. I'm sad I won't be able to have one last drink there on my March trip. As stated by almost everyone else - Why this location?? And yes - in 23 years of visiting Las Vegas I have never wanted to get a hair cut. Maybe I'm wrong but how can that fantastic location not be a bar/lounge??

 

Unexpected. The Greatest Showman thing actually excites my wife. She loves that movie

 

@Goldenknight I saw that too but never watched the movie. It sounds like it will be a nice place, even though Bond was great. I’m looking forward to seeing it.

 

Should be interesting. With only 3 barber chairs it seems that part of the operation won't take up much of that space. The bar is a decent size. Big enough for Hugh Jackman to dance across at least lol

 

my biggest gripe with hipster.. stop wearing clothes my sisters would wear.. and sadly they look better on them than my sisters. lol.

FYI, i will punch you in the face if you (any dude) is wearing skinny jean capris.

 

whaaaaaaaaat that bar is definitely unexpected. Very cool. And of course very in with the Cosmo brand.

maybe I wrote this one off too quick. If it's a nice place to get a cocktail to pause from putting all my money in Lock It Link, I'll probably enjoy it.

 

Any word on how close this is to opening?

 

Grand opening is advertised for 15 March, I'm expecting a soft opening in the next two weeks.

 

I'm coming around to the concept as well haha. Should have trusted Cosmo I guess!

Walls are down as of this week (I think possibly today, though I admittedly hadn't passed through since Tuesday). It looks... interesting.

 

Kinda looks like it. It's too bad because those window walls were lovely and Bond embraced them... especially with high ceiling and dancers in the window boxes (when they still had them).

 

They blocked the internal view, it looks like (other than the barbershop portion itself). As far as the Strip-facing windows, I'm actually not sure what they're doing over there. The sidewalk out front has been closed for a couple days because they're working on something or other. It's not clear at the moment.

 

Anyone going to see Bush opening night?
