    Hey everyone!
Seeking your opinions for my birthday "Hangover Brunch" next month. I'm trying to get my itin finished for this weekend to give out to the group, and I'm struggling with a decision!
Ideally, a strip buffet like Wicked Spoon could work, but I dont want to deal with long lines & jacked long weekend pricing.

Has anyone been to the Buddy V's weekend brunch? It is $34.95 with an unlimited drink option for $14.95. This is what I'm leaning towards, but I had to consult VF first!

    Details:
-need to keep it around this price
-preferrably "mid" strip as that is where everyone is staying
-date falls on a long weekend ( saturday)
-able to take a reservation for 10-12 people

    Thanks!

Mon Ami Gabi at Paris always gets great reviews

As for Wicked Spoon, if anyone had gold status you can skip ahead in the line.

My favorite brunch is Border Grill at Mandalay Bay but that may be a little far from center strip. They have a location at Caesars but I’ve never been there.

If you’re open to moving brunch to Sunday, Lago might work. I thought I read Border Grill at the Forum Shops closed.

I've been to the brunch at Buddy V's twice. Both times very good. I think they could set up for your group as I remember a wedding party eating towards the back of the restaurant. Just have to give them a heads up when you make your reservation, I'm sure. We didn't do the unlimited drinks, but really enjoyed the food. There's a carving station, steamed shrimp (don't remember if crab legs were an option), fruit, cheeses, several pasta dishes, breakfast foods and dessert options. The price is very reasonable, I think.

I think they closed the Ceasars location.

I think they have an unlimited drink option but the food is just phenomenal. My personal favorite is the Hunter's Waffle (it's sort of like a Benedict, but with a waffle instead of an English muffin, and with duck confit instead of Canadian bacon). Also a huge fan of the Kougin-Amann pastry, which is known in-house as "that pastry thing [44inarow] likes". American breakfast is excellent as well, some of the best bacon strips I've ever had.

I've always wanted to go there since @newmans had pics in her old TR's. Caesars location is closed though

@44inarow nailed it. Bardot brunch is one of the few places that can pry me away from Cosmo on a Saturday morning. And that Kougin-Amman pastry... *drool*

Maybe we didn't "do" brunch at Bardot correctly. For us, as we understood, it was order a dish from the menu vs. having multiple options for sampling, and that was kind of disappointing. I ended up with a very well made omelette and one sticky bun. Did I miss something? I don't especially enjoy buffets, but I do enjoy having the option to have breakfast and lunch all on the same plate. :)

Another endorsement for Bardot here. Can confirm they do an unlimited drink option (and they are not shy about keeping your glass full!!). Been there several times and it’s been outstanding every time.

I only recently learned the proper name, as opposed to just asking for "that pastry thing I like". I think it's 75% butter, 20% sugar, 5% flour. I couldn't eat it too often without slipping into a coma, but it's amazing. The fact that they tend to bring me two at a time is both a plus and a minus.
Nah, it's definitely not a buffet, they just have their regular menu and you order dishes from it. If you're looking for more of a buffet style meal at one of the Aria restaurants, then Herringbone is probably the move. Absolutely nothing wrong with not preferring the Bardot approach.

Much lighter. It's sort of like a round, very sweet, somewhat-denser croissant.

Ha! My eyes are always bigger than my stomach, but I do like having options. We're planning to try the brunch at La Cave for our next trip for something different. Lots of options, but not buffet style. One of the great things about Vegas, so many options, something for everyone.
