Identity Free play Question

    I am new to Identity and Cosmo free play, so be easy on me haha. I was a Caesars rewards girl until last year when I stayed at Cosmo. We make a trip to Vegas once a year. Last year we joined the identity rewards program and we were able to get a great deal on our stay this February 16-20 as a sterling member. I keep receiving offers for freeplay but they all seem to expire right before our trip. The most recent one I received expires on the 12th of February, just 4 days until we are there. Is this because they know we will be there so we are not receiving freeplay for our dates of stay? I haven’t been getting freeplay offers all year until now and bummed they expire right before our trip. Either way we will enjoy the hell out of that casino floor that would just make it better :) any insight from identity members?

    Contact a casino host or identity they may be able to extend that offer to cover your stay, they have done so with me in the past.

    Calling casino services (the people who book the rooms) should get it done. Assuming the hotel has availability, they should have no problem extending an offer 4 days.

    This is great info Kevin! Thanks for the reply! I will do that tomorrow morning. Casino services will help me with freeplay offers? They were great booking our casino rate and comped nights I had no idea they were the ones to call for freeplay. Looking forward to all the new machines since our last visit. Take care.

    They can assist with extending an offer. If it has freeplay on it, that would be extended too.

    Silly question but is calling identity the same as calling casino services or is casino services the room reservation line? So sorry, I really appreciate the responses. It’s so helpful.

    Everyone I've ever talked to at Cosmo has been super helpful. Just give them a call, and ask for what you need. If they can't help, I'm sure they will direct you to who can.

    Hi all! I just wanted to update Incase anybody was wondering if the outcome. I tried to call and extend my free play but it was unfortunately a no go. The person I spoke to said she is unable to extend any free play offers since it’s from marketing. Oh well...I tried. I’ll still enjoy my slots...1more week yay.
