I use skip the dishes to order it’s basically the same as Uber eats. Can you not order sushi through Uber eats? It was really good sushi a little pricey if I remember correctly.

And the amazing thing about that is that the whole thing is only 90 calories!

So I was watching Best Thing I ever Ate All Stars last night and they talked about a croque madame and it looked delicious.

I threw a quick rip off version together for breakfast this morning. No fine French ingredients, but it came out pretty good! A lovely very unhealthy breakfast. I've never made anybof this before, and I just went from whatnI remembered from last night

Love this!! I lived on these (and wine) on my one trip to France. Every little hole in the wall restaurant had some version of it. Your version looks *delicious*!

Thanks! I thought it turned out pretty good for a first effort! I'll be making them again in the future for sure.

I however did not have mine with wine.

OMG. So good. I can’t believe how good their food is-we usually do the tasting menu, but Ash came and the poor kid has a tree nut allergy. So glad that they are staying open in these crazy times.

(Mike had the acorn squash soup and mushroom fettuccine but he does not wait for pics.)

We didn't know about "Pernod-Ricard" USA , I'm not sure that in France P-R produces some wine(s) ?!
PS: no P-R wine in France....

That’s the water container. I had the Bruno Paillard and Ash had Mexican Coke. (There are other restaurants in the area that serve water in wine bottles too-I don’t know why)

Ok , thanks for information !
About Bruno Paillard champagne, it seems to be a very good champagne, in France the prices (champagne) are starting from 7euros/bottle 75cl (to be honnest ,no idea about the quality but at that price, I don't really want to test...) !
From 13/14 euros, it's easy to find a good champagne and Bruno Paillard's champagne prices start from 25 euros/bottle .

Made some delicious flank steak last night. Marinade of olive oil, balsamic, garlic, salt, pepper, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. So good. Served with potato pancakes.

Did a homemade pastrami, which I turned into rubens! As tasty as Carnegie Deli but not nearly as big!

If you're into cooking shows, I will highly recommend "Fast Foodies" on TruTV. Basically, they take a fast food dish and have to recreate it (the first episode was a Chicago-style hot dog from Portillo's, they've also done Domino's pizza, a Taco Bell cheesy gordita, and a McDonald's Egg McMuffin). Then in the second round, they put their own spin on it. In the first episode, they turned that hot dog dish inspiration into ravioli, gnocchi, and a spiced Wagyu dish, respectively.
