Oh damn! Sorry, was working for random periods of time and then super degening. Hope you are having a great trip so far!

Its 3:00 am on day 3 going into day 4. Updating day two in a moment.

 

Day 2 Update:

Sorry for the radio silence for so long. I’ve been working for long periods of time up in the room and then just hardcore degen the rest of the time. I’m also on vampire hours.

After going to bed relatively late on day 1, I woke up and realized I hadn’t eaten all day. Decided to downstairs to cafe americano and grab me some steak and eggs, side of sourdough and fruit:



End up going back upstairs to work for a bit. After getting some things done, I head downstairs to get my play on.

I’ll take it but really need that kicker to come in!

Day 2 Update Part Two:

Suddenly I’m not stuck anymore. I’m in the black. I play on and SDDB is really happening for me:



I switch over to some UX and I’m still hot!

 

Day 2 Update Part Three:

I get those dealt quad 7’s on bonus deluxe and I’m thinking, “man, some dealt aces on TDB would be nice”. I should have been more specific with the gambling gods:



For those of you who followed along the past several trips know that the dealt aces have really been coming in. Gamblers greed comes in and I’m thinking, why didn’t it deal me the aces with a kicker. I’m also thinking why didn’t I have higher multiplier?! Why could I draw above average on the kickers?! At this point, I’m up a lot. Not sure thinking back on it how much at this point.



I decide to go over to the high limit room. Put a little cash in and within the first few deals, get dealt this. Wish it were face cards. LOL



Realize it’s a quick $500 profit on those dealt 10’s after dumping a few hundred of it back in. I go back out on the floor and....

Second of the trip!



Head back over to UX. Unfortunately no multipliers



Dealt 10’s again?! Sure why not?!

 

Day 2 Update Part Four:

Been gambling about 8 hours straight and nothing is open. So I go back to cafe americano and grab my usual burger. Nothing special but it’s really solid:



After dinner I contemplate going to bed but I think, maybe just a little bit more. Again, I know I’m up a decent amount but I haven’t really counted at this point. Head back onto the floor and back to SDDB... I hold one ace and:



Gotta just love it when that happens! I play on and the aces are just being SO nice to me.



Move over to UX and:



Double bonus so the kicker wouldn’t have matter... even nicer that it didn’t come in as I would have started doing the math.

Adding this because they were handing out sanitizer sprays at the laurel check in (formerly diamond check in). Thought this was a nice touch.

Day 3 Update:

Day two was such a blast. Being stuck 4.5K then basically a 25K swing in the positive. I went downstairs to grab some coffee, OJ, and a panini at Giada’s (sorry, no pics). Brought it back up to the room. I also stopped by to pick up my $3,250 in FP:



So after eating, armed with a 20K padding of the BR... I decide to.... sleep in. Hahahaha! Decided to take it super easy and get some work done while watching TV. Felt great. I wanted to try and take advantage of getting some decent meals this trip. I reserved Gordon Ramsey steak for dinner. Everything was fantastic!

A quick side note. For those who have followed my trips over the last few years, I’ve concentrated most my play at stations. It’s only been this year that I’ve been playing a decent amount at CET. Last year I was diamond elite and was literally 2-3K TCs away from seven star. I regret not going for it as I was just finishing a trip at Harrah’s SoCal and was heading to Vegas for New Years. I ended up losing quite a bit at red rock that trip and I should have just played it at CET Vegas. Hindsight I suppose. Anyways, I just hit seven star this trip. I’m looking forward to taking advantage of the benefits!

Anyways, back to dinner. Walked over to Paris:



Got a glenlivet 18 (sorry, should have used flash. The red light was rough)



5oz of the A5 Japanese wagyu. Unbelievable! Melts in your mouth good!



A nice butter poached lobster tail:



The best dessert! Sticky toffee pudding with butter ice cream. Yup, sorry. Only one stick. I know I’ll get some crap for this but it was a super rich meal so I was keeping quantity at a minimal.



If anyone wants a dinner recommendation it would be this exact meal!

 

Day 3 Update Part Two:

After that Incredible meal, I walk back over to Caesars to get my gamble on. Head straight over to VP and it’s a fantastic start.

DDB and hit aces with that face card. Arg! But I’ll take it.



SDDB to the rescue! I love this so much!



SDDB cools off a bit and decide to move over to UX....

 

Day 3 Update Part Three:

Move over to UX and it’s just as good:



The lack of multipliers on the above AWAKs is a point to complain about as all UX players know.



Interesting part about the above deuces... although I am not complaining as the aces were extremely kind to me this trip... the one hand that I was sorely missing this trip was the 2-4’s with kicker. I think I only got it twice on any game. Had so many trip draws this trip as well but had a hard time converting anything. Most all the hits game from holding pairs. UX cools down a bit so back over to SDDB:



I dabble on deuces here and there. Thank goodness I got five aces with two wilds... an awak there would have been tilting!

 

Day 3 Update Part Four:

SDDB cools off so head back over to UX.... yup, this is definitely what I was waiting for.



Damn! That hit puts me up so much. Just fantastic!

switch over to ten play quarters and...



I donk off a couple K and decide it’s a good time to shut It down and go to sleep.
