    Hello All!!

I have have to travel outside Canada for work, so I was OBVIOUSLY going to tag on a Vegas trip since I will be forced to quarantine anyway.... But, looking into it, it's really hard to get there right now. I'm usually spoiled with a direct flight, but am now looking at a milk run. I would still go, if I haven't had a lot of domestic flight cancellations. If one is cancelled on the run I could be a couple days getting down to Vegas ...

Question for you fine folks: Other gaming destinations? I can get a direct flight to somewhere on the East coast. Will I be disappointed giving up my Vegas Comps and atmosphere for say Live!Maryland or MGM National Harbour? Regular room VS. the amazing Cosmo fountain view suite?

I am going gaming, but should I suck it up for Vegas? I figure it will cost me 2k USD to have NOT have a suite, limo, VIP check-in, freeplay... I'd take it out of my bankroll, so trip would cost the same. Will I be happy lower rolling? The curve is flattened there... Better than Canada, but I'm a gambler!!

    Thanks for any advice!!

If you're departing from YYZ, book the Delta flight that connects through DTW. It won't get cancelled.

Just came back to YVR connecting through SFO on United. Both United (don’t book these through AC, ridiculously expensive) and Alaska have several flights to LAS but all with at least 1 connection.

Maryland Live sucks. I went once and won't go back. MGM is nice but the machines and tables are very crowded and were always packed prior to COVID. Neither has a Vegas feel.

They're more depressing than anything else.

Thanks for that! I'm from out West and have been going to Vegas since before I ever gambled. Now, I go almost exclusively for gambling. I have some work out East and pondered the other side! Glad to know Vegas is 2nd to none. I will make the long run and extend a day to make up for a possible delay.
