BeeeJay's Vacations from a Vacation Trip Report!!!

Hello again friends!!!

When I last reported I had cut short my multi-trip Vegas Extravaganza after a big winning trip at Wynn & Cosmo to invest those funds in the environment.

When I say "invest in the environment", I of course refer to invest in improving MY ENVIRONMENT!!! Due to the failure of global warming to properly warm Chicago, I had decided to GTFO. NO way I could survive months locked in with no travel options, freezing weather, and a "frigid" household.

So I cancelled my last Vegas trip, and ended up booking AirBNB's in Scottsdale from Nov 27-Apr 2. I am about a month in to the Phoenix stay and LOVING IT!!!

We have been doing a lot of golfing, hiking and swimming. Borat and at least a half dozen other buddies either live down here or are visiting their winter homes. We got the pool heated so have been in almost every day. Lots of great golf and shopping nearby. I've got the sons with me most of the winter, wife and daughter have "in-person" school and work so are only down for two weeks over the holidays.



And who knew??? They also have gambling in Phoenix!!!!

Biggest single win ever for me, and it was sandwiched by numerous other handpays and table wins for my best single day win ever! Of course I have decided to put this money to good use in the following manner:

#1 MORE PHOENIX: Will probably extend Phoenix stay from Apr to mid-June. Chicago is ave temp 50s in April, 60's in May, too cold for pool. Fuck that.

#2 BAHA MAR: Booked comp offer with flight reimbursement Feb 5-8 over Super Bowl weekend. Crazy getting there from Phoenix though. My two sons and I will fly Phoenix-Newark-Nassau and back same route. It was the only decent first class option. I fly United, could have gone another airline through Miami but times cost a lot on trip, bad layover schedule and way more expensive.

#3 VEGAS: Booked a trip for a buddies golf tournament with Borat March 25-28, staying at Southpoint and the golf is at Spanish Trail. Should be lots of drinking, gambling, golfing, and general shenanigans!!!

#4 VEGAS: Booked a weeklong April trip for the re-opening of pool season! Apr 2-6 at Venetian/Palazzo, Apr 6-9 at Aria. This is currently a solo trip. Hopefully I can find someone to drink lemon drops at the bar and mai tais at the pool with me!!!

#5 ROCKY POINT: Borat has been telling me how awesome this place is for years and we are heading down Apr 9-12 for a long weekend!!!

#6 NCL BREAKAWAY CRUISE: When the wife brought my mail I had an extended cruise offer due to covid and was able to book a great deal, so taking the family for this in June. Nice they now have an unlimited premium wifi option and a premium PLUS beverage package which includes all the Peach Ciroc and Veuve Clicquot BeeeJay can drink!!! That's gonna be dangerous!!!!

So anyway, that was an exciting gambling run and what better thing to do with the proceeds than blow it all right back in on extravagant living baby!!!! I'm planning to throw an occasional Phoenix pic up here if there is any cool golf stuff to report. We played Quintero yesterday which was amazing, and I have Las Sendas and Troon North upcoming soon so will prob post a bit of that. And I'll definitely report on the Baha Mar escapade leading in to the two Vegas trips!

Wife leaves on the 30th so I'm not ruling out crashing this Cosmo party going on in Vegas right now either!!!

 

I know, right? And now I’m reading Gaggles is in Phoenix and driving back to Vegas the day my wife leaves. Caravan perhaps???

 

funny thing is it was just a quick heat check, i was playing $5 and had gotten 4 handpays in less than 30 minutes and it was taking them a few minutes to do each one, it was like a couple hands in each time, so I decided it was time to try $1,000 in the high limit room.

 

The non-smoking is soooo nice!!!

The Phoenix itinerary has already been paid from the last win—which is why I had cancelled my Vegas trips—to use the cash won in October to finance the whole winter in Phoenix.

This should be enough for any additional activities....maybe my favorite picture from the Phoenix trip thus far!

 

Yeah a little more fun lol. I did the @Royalflusher “Strict Rules of Parlay” but just started on $5 and worked up to $25.

I could have done without the $37,400 in W-2Gs a few days before the end of the year but I’ll take that first world problem every time!
