We took a quick trip from Tuesday (11/8) to Saturday Morning (11/12). Four glorious nights in my favorite city. We had some weird timing and flight issues (by we I mean my wife) so we left on a cruel 9:45 Saturday morning flight out. It was fine but I hope to never do that again.
    Eats
    Breakfasts:

Oceans one – good and cheap.
Wicked Spoon – Man I love this place. The Fried chicken.
The Henry – first time trying this. Had the Short Rib benedict, very good. Would go again.
    Lunches:
Javiers – never disappoints us. We lunch at the bar.
Posh Burger – I was Starving, so it tasted great.
    Dinners
Carbone and Catch – Been there before, always good. If you like sushi the Catch Roll is really good.
Beauty and Essex – 2nd time there, both time the wife got sick on her drink. Luckily we only ordered small plates, the food was very good. I got to eat most of it! lol. Now, of course the place is dead to us, we will never be allowed to go again, it’s name must never be spoken.
Craftsteak at MGM – we normally go to Gallaghers (and we will again) but this place was fantastic! I had the dry aged ribeye, she had the halibut, we shared everything. We got the Monkey bread dessert, awesome. I think it was a bit pricier than Gallaghers, we won’t go every trip but we will for sure go again.

    We did’s
-We went downtown for the fist time in probably 5-6 years. Went on Wed morning, went to The D, wife wanted to play some old machine, with coins. They said they recently got rid of them, oh well. We checked out Circa, it was nice, music had it feeling good inside. Our Freemont walk was good.
-The weather was chilly, but I loved it! Shorts with a light pullover all day, pants at night if going out. It was all good.
    - Friday evening at Aria was as loud and crazy as I have ever seen, it wasn’t super crowded, but from about 8pm to 10pm the place was lit up. Winning was everywhere it seemed. Tons of screaming at the 8 full craps tables, all the table games in fact, the slot section by the players desk was on fire. I had two handpays in 15 minutes out there, I ran to the high limit (as one does when you feel on FIRE), quickly got another one in there. The place was nuts, then about 10 or so, it chilled back down. Man, it was fun. 3 HP’s in short order, plus other nice hits. Oh, and turn my freeplay into about $2G on HL Cleo and Cleo II.

Overall, another great time in Vegas. Definitely one of my more profitable trips.

    Back again in March!

Great report my friend. Glad that you got to experience the run on Friday night. I'll be there on 12/1 :)

Were the handpays on that bank of Boost Gold up front?

yikes, sorry to hear about Beauty & Essex. Do you think it was a reaction to the drink or unsanitary conditions?

I’ve swore off B&E as well. I hold grudges against restaurants-there’s too many options in Vegas. Even for extremely popular places that are beautiful.

Appreciate the short but sweet recap.

And totally, when you’re hot you’re hot. Congrats on the handpay!

I guess we'll let you join...
    Thanks for the recap!

    Some old coin-operated machine?

I assume you didn't mean Sigma Derby?

The D got rid of most of their coin machines when the Riviera closed. Derek bought some of their machines iirc.

It was 100% a reaction to the brine in the Dirty Martini she had.
I sat there and ate almost all the food, it was very good.
And I was great! I mean other than her killing the mood! lol. I sure hope she don't read this.
