Wish I had some acv and lemon juice this morning scale was not kind this morning up 5lbs from yesterday I know it is temp weight.

Do have protein shake for breakfast

 

it's the sodium D, that's all... those 5 lbs. will be gone by next Thursday... you know that as you are one of "The Professors"....... Eat, drink and be merry... worry about tomorrow when tomorrow comes...
