Likewise, great to meet you too. I definitely got lucky during the pull. Not so much after.

I hit Craftsteak on almost every trip. A lot of the staff and bartenders know me by look but maybe not by name. It has a special place to me. It was my very first "comped" meal. Just over 10 years ago, I was at MGM for a fantasy poker camp but played some LIR and was hooked. Had a good run and was betting $25 level for awhile. Read about asking for comps over at LVA and gave it a shot. They wrote me a comp slip for Craftsteak for like 250. I ate at the bar and couldn't spend it all. Fell in love with the place that night. So, I will always go back. With that said, a couple years ago it definitely took a turn to the inconsistent... but the last 2 or 3 times it has been great andprobably the best last week.

Well, I definitely did better on the ladies than you but was disappointed with the outcome. Went back to VP.

B-12 .. never had an issue sleeping. Actually found I sleep better when I get tired, I just don't get tired as soon. Now drinking Redbull is a different story.

I have stayed at Pho a couple nights. Don't think the ceilings are any lower than other mid level properties but the rooms are worn and dated. But not high in my list but better than Rio. If I stay at another CET property in Vegas, I am going to try Nobu or something like that.

The 6 hand millionaire maker was still there. Didn't play but it was noted on the tables.

As for Straight Flushes, I understand. They should be worth so much more.

 

Not at all. Actually gave Steve more play than expected but he did have DSTP at dollars on 10 play. Was hoping to take him for that elusive 800k.

As for Sheldon, if my work show hadn't been there it would have been different but I had to do something during my down time. Lol

So far, Wynn and Pho are the only places I have found that DSTP 10 play at dollars. I will find the other places.

 

I had a feeling that other CET properties had it. What I noticed is that not all Allstar II machines are created equal. The pho HL area had a few of them but only 2 had DSTP. I just have to hunt for them but once 2 find them all, I should be good.

As for Cosmo, this sounds like another good reason to give them a try.

Need to hunt down the DSTP 10 play at quarters throughout MLife. Found them at Aria and NY NY ... just haven't looked to hard at the other places ... yet.

 

I haven't mapped out all of them yet but here is what I know. @tringlomane might have a better view.

For quarters:
Aria - the infamous Beejay 802 row. The machines are a couple rows from the mlife desk heading to the front of the casino.

NYNY - near registration side of casino a row from the bar on that far wall. Bank of 4 newer machines.

MGM- one machine on the main Isle from registration heading to casino on the side with the lobby bar (old zuri bar)

Haven't seen DSTP at dollars at any MLife property, yet.

You are right. I did see that and there was DDB , might have even had TDB. I just tend to lean towards 10 play. I seem to have better luck with that than 3 or 5 play. Last trip proved the same.

 

I was budgeting 5k to the cause per day, however the swings can be brutal. The first 24 hours, i was up almost 10k .... however lost 7.5k of that 10 the next 24 hours and ended up down 8.5k overall ... it was a 17.5k swing in 48 hours. At 2500 per day, you will still need to get lucky depending on how fast you play. I put a good bit of seat time in and play pretty fast.
