Points question at restaurants

    So I gave my identity card to server at Zuma last week and asked if they could add points. I am not sure if they can get added at the restaurant POS or do you still have to take the card and receipt down to identity desk for them to add points???

    This is for when not staying at Cosmo.
    Just trying to slowly grinding my way up to platinum status 1200 points from meal would help easily.

    They can add Identity points at POS in Cosmo restaurants. I had points added when I ate at É last year and I was staying at PH. I also do this even if I'm staying on property and know I won't have enough play for backend comps.

    Yeah, it adds automatically at POS. You can ask later at Identity if it added. Usually it's immediately added but sometimes up to 24 hours.

    Ok thanks I was going to say if it didn't get added at pos and had to lug receipts down to identify that is a dumb system.sure is nice to be able to track mlife status in real time on their site.

    I always include my players card and my credit card when paying for food at casinos. I've not noticed one where they didn't add them at the POS. My last Cosmo experience was the Henry and those showed up on my account.

    Just double checking while we are kind of on the subject....Identity points get automatically added for the restaurant meals and drinks billed to the room at the Cosmo don't they? I don't have to show my card or anything? I always do that and I have never actually checked/don't really know how to check that they have been actually added.

    As long as you provided the front desk your Identity number or made your reservation with an offer, you should get points for the money spent. I always make sure they have it upon check-in. You can confirm by calling Identity or check at the desk when you visit.

    Always double check. Also always review the folio, they tried charging us the resort fee despite being Gold status. Was easy to get knocked off but had to go ask.

    It only takes one inexperiended employee to enter the transaction incorrectly, to cost you points you are entitled to.
