CET Tier Question

You will stay diamond depending on how many tier credits you earn until 1/2019... your points will reset 1/2018 and if you hit 150k points in 2018, you will be 7 star for the rest of 2018 and than all of 2019....

 

If you hit 150k tier credits this year, you will make 7 star and it will stay 7 star for all of 2018 until 1/2019

 

You shouldn't expire until 1/2019. But I have no idea if the the log in reflects that date yet.

 

You will have diamond until 1/2019 as it sits now...you will need to earn diamond 15k points in 2018 to have it for all of 2019...and repeat every year unless something changes...just give them the 1 day play a year and get diamond in a day

 

Yes, your tier credits will expire on jan 1 and you will have to get to 15,000 again in 2018. What you got this year will keep you diamond until the end of 2018.

 

It's confusing but if you get a card now it will say 1/2018 on it as an expiry date, but then if you go back after January 31st, get a new card printed out and it will say 1/2019, since your diamond is good all the way through 2018 and the first month of 2019.

If you get their credit card and spend 5k a year you will maintain platinum. I have already secured platinum for 2018 by doing this. 10k per year gets you diamond. I really like the card because you earn 2x reward credits on gas and groceries and I use their shopping marketplace to get additional credits. I always go with about $150 worth or reward credits that I can use on food/room charges.

 

Just FYI - the 5K on the card does insure Platinum status - but the 10K only gets you the VIP card - not actual Diamond. While the VIP card has some of the Diamond perks - it does not get you in to the Diamond Lounge, or get you the 100.00 dinner voucher. It does allow you to VIP check-in and cut in line places, but it isn't full Diamond status. Confusing I know.

 

Question on the card. If we get it this year, and earn the 10K by spending $750 in 90 days (Christmas shopping basically), will we be Platinum for all of 2018? Thank you for your info!

 

My wife and I both have the credit card. I use it as my main card so I spend the 5-10k and get the VIP card as well as maintain platinum. I can't be sure but I think she maintained with out even spending 5k. I think it's a good option if you only go to Vegas once a year. The RCs really add up.
