#Vegas Strong & Seeing it all. 4 days Cosmo & Luxor

Just got back 4 days ago and finished off my newest trip report.

We had 3 guest stars this trip, its my 1st Vegas trip with my Dad and some of my siblings.

I stayed at the Cosmo for the 1st time ever and was incredibly impressed. Their slot assortment was great. Their staff was crazy friendly and the room/views were sick!

We did manage to squeeze in a trip to Fremont as well as Sam's Town. What a debacle that shithole was.

Spoken like a true gambler! If I go to Vegas with $3K, and come home with just $500, as far as I'm concerned I won $500!

I said the same thing for years before making the plunge. I'm glad I did!

 

Nailed it! Pretty much just human FedEx. Every time I fly them I say never again. Then the next trip, when United wants $450 and Spirit wants $175, I book Spirit once more.

It actually helps me slow down the pace of a normal casino outing and it forces me to be daring and explore, or just look around my environment. So I like doing these, if for nothing more then to create a Vegas time capsule of games and casinos that are gone.

Looking back at my 1st trip report, which pretty much sucked, we hit all of these places that are now dead.

You catch me on video for the 1st time ever for your Youtube Channel and I'll slap you in print with my shenanigans on my site. Of all the games I played, I wish I could have sat on Goonies longer. Those are the breaks, I wont complain. Well, not too much anyway.

 

Milos looked good. I hear good thinks about the Wicked Spoon as well. But I'm very lowbrow. As if you couldn't tell from all the mentions I had about eating at McD's or White Castle. I'm a strange bird, I'll clip coupons at home to save a buck on toilet paper, and i wont reach into my pocket for more than $5 to each lunch in Vegas. But I'll yank a handle on a slot and piss away $10 or $20 at a time without blinking.

I'll vouch for you at Cosmo if you do the same for me at Sam's. That's teamwork!

I'm going to have to assume it was the way I looked. No one else in my group got the cold shoulder or pulled a security shadow. Maybe I look more menacing then I feel. Who knows. If it was just 1 person, I wouldn't have even thought to say something. But when it became 4 or 5 I started to get paranoid!

I know penny games are a sucker bet. And I know that new themed penny games are even a bigger sucker bet. I guess they should sign us both up for suckers of the year since I'll go back for more suckering on those two!
