A Chickenlips Vegas Christmas!

@Wiscolovesvegas, I rarely have any luck at Poto. We go when the MSPT Poker is there, and I lose money while Mr. Chickenlips plays poker. A glutton for punishment, I keep trying!

 

Well,Good Morning Vegas!

My flight had it all. A crying baby, someone in the vicinity with digestive issues that became apparent every 5 minutes, the kid in front of me that kept looking over the back of the seat, which was cute the FIRST time. And, let's not forget the creepy Unabomber lookalike sitting next to me, that literally sat and stared at the seat in front of him with his hands in his pockets, with his elbow in my side, mind you. My famous death glare did not prompt him to remove it. The only time he moved was when staring kid threw something at him. He threw it back at said kids dad. Oh, boy, mid-air incident...boys father ignored it and let his kid continue to be irritating.

And lastly, the guy at the end of the row that was drinking one whiskey after another, talking like an idiot. He started loudly talking politics, and I wanted to tell him to shut up, we're on vacation! But, I ignored the temptation and kept quiet. This is not easy for me.

Landed, got to the hotel without incident. Got a nice strip view room in the South tower. I could see the fountains if I stared out the window long enough, but, no patience for that when there are slot machines right downstairs .

Played on $300 all day. $200 less than daily bankroll. I had some good wins on Panda Magic, one of those link machines. I'll post pics later. I also did well on 88 Fortunes, and moderately well on some random machines. Normally, the old style Buffalo's do well for me, but holy crap, not this time! They just eat the money! So, Yeah, I came to my room at 1:30 am down $300. @aprilroncincy - please please send me a quarter of your restraint!

I did manage to grind through 850 points, multiply that by 5, and I've got my Diamond Status. I am an important people now! HA HA!

So today's plan is to play a bit here at Planet Ho, and wander to Cosmo and Aria a little later, maybe hit The Park, since I've never been there. Maybe I can play enough to get a discount on Lady Gaga. I've been waiting for a year for her residency here, only to find out that the CHEAPEST ticket is $500. I like Lady Gaga, but that is good gambling money...

Good Morning Vegas! Last full day. Sorry for the radio silence, I got caught up in Vegas and didn't take the time to report!

Friday - I spent the morning at Planet Ho, no real wins. I did have breakfast at Cafe Hollywood, and wow, what a fantastic breakfast! They have french toast made of croissants, and those were to die for. I highly recommend it! I then made my way down to Paris, where I played all afternoon, keeping fairly even. I was going to head to Ballys but never did make it. Headed back to PH around 8. Had Earl of Sandwich for dinner, then proceeded to lose any gains I had made.

Saturday - played at Cosmo, Aria and Park. I fared pretty well at Cosmo. Love Ghost busters 4D! I won about 60 bucks, but I got alot of play. I do like the new Buffalo Max, "control your wins" slots. I won about $150, and got alot of play. I have to say, Cosmo has the best slot selection, hands down. So I proceeded to Aria, lost most of my wins from Cosmo. Like a dummy, headed over to Park, and donated the rest and then some. I wasn't overly impressed with Park. It's not very big, and the slot selection stinks. I really don't need to go back! Back to PH to donate even more...let's just say the day ended DOWN, DOWN,DOWN

Sunday - I pouted in the room until around 11, and finally decided to hit the slots. Losing, losing, losing. All day. It was about the time where I was dipping into Mondays bankroll, thinking I guess I will go to the ATM when SUDDENLY, I hit a $500 bonus on Buffalo Gold, followed by another $ 100+. Walked away with $700! I think I played that machine for wel over an hour, keeping between 700-750. The guy next to me was also winning, so we really had a great time. Chickenlips is back! I low rolled the rest of the night, as I didn't want to lose my winnings right away!

Monday - Back to Cosmo, and whatever else I feel like. I'll post pics of my Buffalo wins below.
