Luxor and Cosmo are not comparable properties.
Like Best Western vs Westin hotel.
Compare yourself to the typical gambler there.

Depends heavily on what you were playing. I'd say with $10k in jackpots you probably didn't give back as much as they'd want lol.

Deer what amount of time was that play You stopped in for an hour or two or you spent a few days playing there? That will be a big factor as well

Also need to factor in if the coin in was slots or video poker. That makes a huge difference.

Your offer seems low to me but I don’t know the circumstances as mentioned above such as slots vs. VP. I have a hunch that Cosmo takes time spent gambling as a contributing factor. Cosmo’s offers to me have been great but when I stay there I only gamble there playing slots for hours on end.

Also depends on your table game Theo. You lost a few bucks in tables, but didn’t mention average bet or length of time you played.

Also do you lean heavy on penny slots or more toward higher denom?

Also what room was offered? Big difference between a wrap and a city room.

    basic city room

table play was minimal lost 300 on some bj in like 30 min max. maybe $25-30 a hand, really nothing to speak of there.

I played everything some penny max $5 a spin some $5 in HL room, lots of $1 machines. hard to give a favor to what I played the most

Maybe my offer just isn't good cause I hit that jackpot about all I can come up with.

Over 3 days that's not a huge amount of coin in. My first trip there I did a similar amount of coin in, but it was over a few hours and not days. The nights available and FP attached reflected that short time frame.

Booking 2 nights there would run about $500 at the rack rate, so there's definitely good value in the comps still. After our first stay my wife informed me she's never staying anywhere else lol

This caught my eye, so figured I'd take a look. I think it's important to clarify that this was not activity done in one trip.

Very frustrating when people omit facts. If this play was over 2 or more trips then that absolutely is a detail that should not be left out of the thread.

In any case, if this was done in one trip (for example), at a 10% hold on the slots, $21,486.87 of coin in is $2,148.68 in theo. If they comped back 30% then that's $644 in comps. (Note: I'm just making up percentages here; by no means do I know Cosmo's official algorithms. Also each machine has it's own house edge.)

$600 in comps for the room/resort fees and the remaining $50 in RC seems reasonable. The machine hold is probably lower than 10% overall, so the theo and comps are also lower. But if this was done over the course of many trips then it seems more than reasonable. That's my 2 cents.

No worries, welcome to the board.

Not sure how many total trips you took. But those are in line with my numbers numbers per trip. Well all except for the win! Congrats on that, I need to learn how to do that at Cosmo.

I usually get 4 nights with some small free play, under $100. Or no free play and 4 nights.

Though my second offer cycle (Covering April to like June or so) after this last trip I was put down to 2 nights and $25 FP instead of 4 nights (Now to April)

So yes it does seem inline with your play.
