Cosmo Chelsea vs Boulevard Daybed

I better be seeing pictures of the pools and pretty drinks and reading funny stories about these daybeds while I’m back home.

(Seriously it’s my favorite thing on my trips. And the kale salad and adding chicken at Boulevard is really good.)

 

@vegas erica you’re welcome but it gives me anxiety because I think people will sit on their daybed thinking “I’ll never listen to what that b thinks again”

Seriously hope you like it and I get a weird satisfaction when the price goes up after I’ve booked.

 

Really the promo price of $250 for an upper level cabana at Blvd Is an amazing deal, especially when you consider that that’s basically just a place holder for the food and drink you will order anyway. There will be 5 of us and we will have no problem spending $250 on food and cocktails. So if you were going to eat and drink a lot at the pool anyway, you might as well get a “free” daybed or cabana for it!

I think it came to $325 with the tax, gratuity, and service charge.

Even better deal with my friend Heather treating.

 

I looked at the upper cabana for $250 at Blvd but I thought my Mom might not like that much effort to get to the pool so I went with the $195 cabana at Chelsea pool. Such a crazy price for a cabana with a F&B min! If anyone has ever been in Cabana 1 or 2 (by West bar) or is going this month I would love some photos of the view and area around it.

@momnkid cool-it’s a fun time, but all the time in Vegas in fun. You can always check in, grab a drink, then wander into the casino and come back. Once it’s yours, it’s yours.

Which pool area? And just a daybed, right? Idk where the guys are gonna lounge around at, though, cause I like to sprawl and I have sharp elbows... just sayin...

I'm going to surprise mamacita with one for the morning after ( the 1st) at Blvd. I'm thinking I should book it soon because the promo prices are so good right now for that time frame, can't beat it! I've already researched the exact one I want

Can anyone tell me if you can hook up your music via Bluetooth on the TVs in the cabanas, as you can in the Cosmo rooms?

 

I can't tell you that. We tried to hook up via bluetooth and couldn't. I think you can bring a cable and plug it in down there but we never got that to work. That was on previous trip. The waitress couldn't get it working either.

This past trip we brought our own FireTV. We own about four of them so we just brought one along. Interestingly enough... you plug it in and it works right away! We didn't have to hook it up to the internet or anything. It just connected on its own. Was strange but it worked. Well... the wife hooked it up and it worked right away, or so she told me. But, she's quite a neophyte, so I believe her when she said she didn't do anything special to it.

Then we turned it on Amazon Music and let 'er rip. Worked great. Worked just as well up in the room.

 

They have push pops again!?!?! Awwwwww.

 

It seems that a lot of people get daybeds or cabanas at the Cosmo pools. If you only want to go to the pool for a short period of time, are there plenty of loungers to choose from for people that aren't renting a cabana?

 

Yup. But the prime areas, as you can imagine, are reserved for people paying for the daybeds/cabanas.
