Thanks for the info, Mum. I play so little there anymore because of the inconsistencies in the bartenders implementation of the rules. I refuse to pay for a drink upfront playing $7.50-$10.00 a spin. Now, seems as though I can't even use a ticket I earn pre-dinner for a post-dinner drink. I really shouldn't complain; I will, no doubt, save money!

I’m hoping for an invite to the slot tourney on 10/10! That’s the dates I think I’m booking.

 

Looks like everyone is going to be in Vegas in early to mid-October! Not to butt in, but I’m hoping to book a fall trip to Cosmo, likely arriving on Friday the 11th. I’ve given up hope for an invitation to the slot tournament, but nonetheless I can still cash in on a couple of comp room offers with a little free play mixed in!

I noticed that Caitlin from Incredible Technologies recently posted a link for a free exhibits pass for G2E (her post is in the Incredible Technologies sub-forum) which would certainly coincide with my trip. Has anyone ever checked out the exhibit floor at G2E? Seems like it would be an interesting opportunity to check out the latest and greatest in gaming technology...and for free!

 

Yes, Ron and I each used her link last year to register for G2E for free. (You register as a contributor). We only went to the show on the last day, but thought it was fun and worthwhile! There were tons of games to try and some freebies.

 

Your post made us want to go to G2E again. So booked everything today and registered! The trip will be 2 weeks after our September trip. Darn, what a hardship!
