New Places to eat?

    Does anyone have recommendations for places to eat? Coming this weekend, we have one reservation for the Watergrill at Caesars.

    Love all types of food, willing to try new things!

    There are so many great restaurants (as we all know), but my go to every trip is still Sage at Aria. Their menu is seasonal so it does change every 3-4 months. I've dinned there 2 times every year since it's opening and have never been disappointed. I will be at Aria the weekend of August 23rd and will do my usual dinning there. I am also looking for possible new awesome restaurants and want to see what everyone else says.

    Forgot to mention "Catch" at Aria as well. I had a wonderful dinner there this past March. The atmosphere is the opposite of Sage though - very loud and energetic. Aria is on the romantic side.

    Anyone try the new Crack Shack at Park MGM? Sounds like an illicit drugs den or a house of ill repute!

    Great suggestions! Animal style is the only way to go at I&O.

    Robuchon sounds fantastic, killer menu.

    Sorry, couldn't resist.

    I actually ate at Eataly on this last trip and would recommend it for a lunch. Me and my lady just had a simple bowl of pasta but it was superb.

    I laughed when I saw this name. Milk bar at Cosmo was recently pressured in to changing the name of their Crack Pie due to insensitivity to addicts blah blah, and with in a stones throw from this an entire restaurant named after Crack opens up :sweatsmile:
