    Eating dinner at Grand Lux Cafe at Venetian. I had a combo with 1/2 chicken salad sandwich, salad and tomato white bean soup. Ron had a full chicken salad sandwich with fries. Very good!

    And this cracked me up - we stopped at Buddy V’s Bakery (Carlo’s Bake Shop/Cake Boss) to take a snack up to the room. They don’t have prices listed anywhere. We ordered a cannoli and a plain cheesecake, the size of a regular cupcake. The total was over $17! Ends up the cheesecake was $10.95!

    So we have to admit, the desserts were really good!

    So glad to see you made it in, and got right to the action! Thx for the tip on the Trip to Strip van, we will use that on our upcoming trip (no rental car this time!)
