first of all, i know what you mean of the lines and the bus ride to and from the airport. what made it worst was when traveling with the wife i would, being a nice husband (haha), lug all the baggage, hand carries from the bus, stand in line to check in for the car, then up the escalator, weave through the parking lot to the car, load the car. Then all in reverse at the end of the trip leaving the hotel to the rac to the bus then to the airport...

but what i've done the last couple of years, since i was getting those comp limo rides to the hotel anyway, would book a rent a car in the hotel. i usually only stay at the Palazzo or Cosmo and both have rent a cars in the hotel. when i first started, i was booking through Costco membership and it was pretty reasonable but have since changed to some family and friends thing so now rates are even better. this is so convenient for me and so much easier than lugging the baggage all around. Pick up downstairs and return downstairs. And since the hotels only have so many cars, i've never stood in a line of more than 2.

secondly, i am soooooo envious of all of you that are able to get back to Vegas!! my last trip was back in February and i am having withdrawals not being able to yet return. i am only able to get by living through all your wonderful and entertaining TRs...
