But it does sound like things are improving. As all gamblers know, it's never fast enough, but a little every day can still get us where we want to be. Your funny sense of humor and zest for life is an inspiration for us all.

Hey Willie! Just wanted to let you know I'm going to do a toast to your health at the No Confusion @ The Fusion meet next week. I originally did this so you could meet some of the group before all the big events and it won't be the same without you there. Hoping to video the toast to you and maybe get some well wishes in that video I can post here for you. Stay Strong my friend!

I am also one of your VegasFanatics family members who hasn't had the pleasure of meeting you in person. I am looking forward to the day that I get to meet the Legend known as @Willie So, my future friend that means that you need to stay positive in the healing powers of faith, friendship and hope...because I am looking forward to the day we get to meet!! I am so sorry you are having to deal with this challenge right now but just know Positivity & Prayers are key...AND...we all here have plenty of that for you!! GOD BLESS Willie!!!

Still praying for you Willie-- if you are up to a good laugh read A Walk in the Woods- the movie totally sucked Robert Redford and Nick Nolte and the script- ugh- but the book is so good. Check in when you can

 

Another movie that is family friendly and funny as hell is Secondhand Lions! Popcorn and movies are Dr. Hoofy's orders! Let us know how you are @Willie!

This sucks. I wish we were able to find out more. I hate that he is this sick and we are unable to offer more support. Praying for you Willie!

 

Thanks for the update Pea. In a sense I'm almost glad he is back in the hospital where he will get the good care he needs right now. So hoping and praying things turn around for him.

 

I will try and reach out tomorrow. 15% of heart, kidneys and liver screwed up, big time bed sores, I just don't know and hope he will be ok. Yes, he would want you all to have a great time in Vegas and live life to its fullest. We are ONLY here for a SHORT time. He would also want us to love and cherish our family and friends every minute. T -4/5 DAYS to vegas (wish I was going) for some here, have a toast and a prayer for one of our own. Pain sucks, Being sick is the worst to say the least. Again, celebrate and be happy!

 

I'm worried as Willie is stubborn. If he went back to hospital, he must be in really bad pain. I hope what little family he has is there and being supportive. He came to us for that support for a reason. I was supposed to be taking him to dinner this coming weekend and the Fusion meet was for him. He was so excited to meet you all and didn't want to wait until Friday to be a part of the group. He enjoyed the social interaction and wanted to make us all laugh. That was his goal. Anyway I definitely want to post a group message to him from the different meets. He can use the distraction I'm sure. It would mean a lot to him to get to see everyone he was going to get to meet and gamble with. You know no matter how sick he is right now, that he is rooting for us all to win big and have a great time! Take care Willie and we will post some videos for you in a few days!

 

Dang I am upset now I didn't call him this week got busy with life. Hope he can get on here so sad ;(
