    Push-ups and pull ups on the same day are AWESOME!!! I try not to mix upper body with lower body but body weight exercises can give you more muscle than most realize. Dips are awesome as well! Rest days are important if you are truly pushing yourself hard.

    Here's an article that came out last weekend. Worth reading, as it's pretty much spot on. The best thing for your body is variety, interval training, different training, high intensity. Ever wondered how you get used to those long jogs in the evening, or those workouts in the gym? Your body gets ready for them and does it more efficiently. You don't want that.

    That's what I feel like this morn scale said about 9lb gain on trip. Challenge accepted to get it off by end of week
