    This should be interesting. Take off Saturday at 8am land Vegas 9am. 2 nights Nomad, 2 rooms and too much fun:) Plans are: brunch Primrose, dinner Bavettes, car to Manilow at 7 and then who knows? Sunday we will brunch at Bardot and wander the MGM showroom to see it. I have no real interest in stuff, but converting to freeplay, yes please. If I had planned this correctly I would be there today for Billy Idol tonight at the Chelsea but that will have to wait! Damnit, 1st world whining! We have tickets to "O" and dinner on fountain Sunday at Yellowtail. Monday I will play until car at 4pm. This is a girlfriend trip, so let's do this! Woot, woot!!

    In the airport ungodly hour. Bonus parking! I knew it would be good but this may motivate me to leave super early again. If only.... as T will not go for that. My girlfriend arrived only to jump back into Uber as she forgot her purse. I grabbed her bag to check and I'm hoping she makes this flight but if not there are plenty. 90 minute flight is not bad. I do wish they kept the flights out of Northern Colorado. DIA is atrocious! 30 years later and they still are renovating. I'm going to try to keep up on this report. I'm ready. Bring it!     Hey Thank you very much! Okay so after my friend made it on plane just as doors closed we hit strip by 915. 45 min in I'm down 2k but then these happen. I consider this channeling my inner " call the attendent" but I'm only up a bit over all. Wow it was fun though. Holy Rollercoaster batman! Thanks for following. Off to Primrose!

    After Primrose at Park we hit Aria. It was packed and a few lightening links were down near and in HI Limit. I played roulette and walked with a profit. I plunked around Aria giving them a bit in the machines and realizing it wasnt fun. By late afternoon I decided maybe five drinks by 1pm wasn't my best play and I needed to take a break. We grabbed our car for Manilow show.The traffic to Westgate was nuts. Our car was on time but we arrived after 1st song so know, if you are going Barry starts right at 7. We were 6th row center. It was amazing ! He is engaged with the audience and tells beautiful stories about his life and music. It really was magic. I was amazed as he's 79 years old and is all over that stage clearly enjoying himself and the show was beautifully mapped out. So much fun! I feel like he represents that level of entertainer that are too few these days. If you have a chance to see him, go! Dinner was at 930 at Bavettes. I love that restaurant. The staff; waitstaff and bartenders are very well trained and they were slammed. I had the NY strip while my friend ordered a rib eye. The seafood plate was outstanding. We ordered carrot cake which we clearly could not eat. I was back with dirty martinis so my documentation is lacking! Today, I will hunt more jackpots! Brunch this afternoon at Bardot for more abuse to my diet. Ha. Thanks for following [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]

    You are making me reconsider Bavettes. I have never thought of eating dinner AFTER a show. That may be a change in the future. Thank you for the idea. Were the lightning links broken or “reserved”? It frosts my cornflakes when casinos “hold” games for an entire weekend for a player. A couple hours to go eat? Sure. But all weekend kinda sucks. Good to hear Barry still entertains.

    Bavette's is always an excellent move, and I'm once again reminded that I need to try out that bacon side dish. Did you manage to eat any of the carrot cake? Because I never make it to dessert there, and carrot cake is fairly low on my list, but I feel like if anyone could do it well, it'd be Bavette's.

    Wait, is cornflakes being frosted bad? Because at least as of 2019, Frosted Flakes are the 3rd-best-selling cereal in the United States, with Corn Flakes far behind at 19th.

    I stopped attending slot tournaments at Mandalay several years ago after several machines in HL were held all weekend for certain players. In the past cosmo always made it clear that during busy event weekends no one would be allowed to reserve machines. I guess we’ll see if MGM changes that.
