So I sorta planned this last min bcuz I was intrigued by the HL pull and I somehow qualified and was able to book the free cruise promo at V/P. I had a host at TI three years ago that I bump into during memorial wkend and was able to get me 2 nights with 50 FP. Anyhow arrived late morning and it's been disaster in terms of gambling. I was down 2.3k within the first 2 1/2 hours. Played new and old machines wheel, pennies/5/10 cents video, $1 WOF etc... Probably can count with a single hand the bonuses I got which were all less than 7 times bet. No line bet over $30 either. For example, -I got the jackpot party bonus and picked collect at the first pick. -Cleo gave me a 2x bet bonus -Flintstone no Yaba or any bonus for $300 -Ted and Austin Power both prob put in 3-400 and could not get in bonus -Mr. Big original Sex in City at TI was close to a grand and dropped a few hundred...the only bonus was the jewelry one for I think $28 So discouraged that I did not even take photos. I almost thinking perhaps I need to withdraw from the group pull so I don't pass on my bad luck. Giving up gambling for the night as I scored a MyVegas Zumanity ticket tonight (I thought I will definitely be lucky this trip with all the last min planning fall into place so well!). I have $325 Cosmo FP that I am so tempted to use tomorrow bcuz I only have $700 bankroll left (including my budget for the group pull). But then I'd for sure not have an offer for the Oct slot tourney....decision decision........
Ugh! So sorry to hear the gaming has been so brutal! I know I've had trips that have started really rough!! Good idea taking a break from the gaming for a bit to shake it off!!
