Was your room an upfront comp? If so, remember that that counts against your overall total, and in that case, it's not terrible (maybe a little low, but not badly so). If not, then it's pretty low.

My room was comped(2 nights) plus $175 Freeplay and $100 Resort Credit.

$30,000 coin-in doesn't get anything above and beyond that?

Ballpark, $30k coin-in equates to $1.5k theo (I'm assuming a 5% HE, it could be up or down from that, depends on what you're playing). 1/3 of that, which is the standard rule of thumb for comps, is $500. Two nights could easily get you there, especially if it was a weekend, and when you add in the FP, then it sounds about right. I'm not counting the RC, since in theory that came from the hotel end and shouldn't be counted against you. And to be honest, not that I'm questioning your math, but you only hit $36 in EC, you may have had less than $30k. You can check on the Mlife website for sure.

$36 was my remaining EC, after spending some of it.

So sorry that happened to you. Now I don't feel bad about canceling out of my Aria stay last month and staying at Cosmo and Wynn instead.

This is why I usually stay at NYNY. My host never uses my express comps. He just uses my F/B offer, and takes anything remaining off the bill.

Off topic, I've stayed at most of the Mlife resorts and yes, aria is toughest of all waiving the room charge at the end of stays.

I found MGM, luxor were pretty leanient, I don't have a host at these location and MLife desk usually comps it off and even ask me if I wanted lunch/breakfast voucher after I check out.

Bellagio seems OK too, however I only went over $80 of my resort credits.

I will be staying at NYNY for the first time, are they loose with the comps? Not planning to have a host

Oh gosh I hate the Aria staff- from the restaurant staff to the valet, I hate them all. They left our lexus CT hybrid on for 13 hours. I was verbally assaulted by a drunkass at 5/50 pizza when I was 7 months pregnant and I feared for my well being and I called for security and the pizza staff lied that the security was too busy... I mean the list goes on and on. I will never stay there again.

In my experience, they are great with the back end comps, but I also have a host.

While I like the casino floor at Aria, the rooms don't impress me for the required coin in or $$$ per night. The lack of high quality service by
staff who generally have a 'Meh were Aria we don't have to try so hard' attitude means I limit the time I spend there. They are a few notches below Wynn and V/P when it comes to customer service and definitely not worth the premium price they want to charge for their product.

I'd rather stay at a less nicer property and get premium customer service.

Sounds like a horrible experience...sucks you had to go through all that. If that happened to me I would def reconsider staying there in the future...and I love Aria...prolly one of the very few people here who do. I would def voice your concerns...fill out the survey card!
