Anyone want my room offer at the Wynn/Encore?

I have many offers in Vegas, but most require a room reservation to use the free play. I have a 2 night offer at the Wynn. I will not be staying there, but would like to take advantage of the free play. The cost is $100, but you’ll get $100 in resort credit to use for dining etc. also they waive taxes and resort fees which are normally around $65/night. So it’s basically like getting it for free.

I will need to be present when checking in since the reservation will be under my name, but the guest taking this room will need to provide the front desk with their credit/debit card for the $150/night incidentals hold. They are usually pretty quick on refunding this when checking out.
