I know this is probably a weird question but where can I find the best jalapeño poppers in Vegas? My wife loves a good popper (not bacon wrapped though) and I would hit a brownie point handpay if I could surprise her with some amazing poppers while we're drunk and in Vegas. Any favorites out there?

The ones at Gordon ramsay burger at pH. One of the hot ones in the basket is a mystery habanero or something I believe

I heard @VegasMonkey had them make the whole order the hotter version one time

Yea those are good. I forget the types as well, but one pepper in the order is something significantly hotter than a jalapeño. It's not a habanero though, because I remember the shape being the same as a jalapeño.

I thought I had remembered reading that in a trip report here on VF but it's not on the menu so I figured they didn't make them anymore. That was actually what prompted this thread haha.

It's always worth asking. I say this as someone whose favorite drink at Lift Bar is "that raspberry thing I like".

I seem to renege having good ones at Holsteins too, but those are more absent from the menu too.

Millennials must not like spicy food

Jalapenos vary a lot in their spice level depending on how much capsaicin is in there, which in turn depends on how much of the pith, ribs, and to a lesser extent, seeds are left in there. I've had plenty of pleasantly-spicy jalapeno dishes, and have also been nearly put on the floor by jalapenos. There's a lot of variation.

They really are, with the buttermilk ranch dressing. Sheer regret 12 hours later, but in the moment they really are tasty
