    No set date. Everyone is working very hard on it. There is a lot to it and we're doing what we can to launch correctly to minimize issues/complaints at the onset. As Chuck said, who has been a great help during the process, it has some pretty cool features and we look forward to launching when we're ready.

    Hey guys - just wanted to give you a little update from my side. I was asked to beta the new site (Identity Online). It looks GREAT! You will be able to see your points, (tier and identity) plus the equivalent credit. How much you need to earn to keep status and by when, all your offers in a nice card layout (with light filtering), access to all your recent earning and spending activity, tax docs, upcoming and past visit info, and ability to convert points to Marriott points. It's pretty robust. I was told this week was the last peek to the beta testers so hopefully it will be rolled into the wild soon. :) . Happy to answer any questions I can. I did still see a few small issues they need to hopefully clean up but I don't see any big stoppers that I ran into.

    Count me in as another nerd on here. As a relatively new member I hadn't seen this thread before but it certainly was an interesting read to this point. Just a little over 5 weeks before our first Cosmo trip in September so hopefully this thing will be live by then :)

    Ahhhhh! It is awesome. Just finished poking around a little as I got an email from my host to check it out. Gives me everything I need. Soooo happy to be able to see what kind of room-type is comped and easily understand my points numbers. Great job Cosmo!

    Well now I'm jealous :) Do you have access to a private beta or is the new version online somewhere. If so, where is it?

    Right now it's a private beta but I logged in again this morning after I got an email from my host with the official sneak peek info (which I had since I had been involved prior) and right now it looks broke AF (it was fine 2 days ago...haha). God I love software development. :eek::confused::p
    - Edit - All is well and it is fixed and looking ah-mazing :) Thanks to @Cosmo_Slot_Vice_President for reaching out to look into it

    They tie in. The new offers page passes the offer code into the existing booking engine, which shows you room types you're eligible to get comped. They asked me to try a full comp offer booking and everything worked the way it was supposed to.

    I hope the new website is online for the rest of us soon.
    Today, I can't even make a reservation over the phone. CoStar on main switchboard (I dialed VIP Services) offered to have someone call me back (never heard of this) and that was two hours ago.

    I called these two numbers. Was connected to main "Guest Services" in both cases.
