    The new website says gold members get 1 2for1 wicked spoon per month. It used to be 1 per day. Are they changing the benefits? Maybe just a misprint?

    I got on accidentally when I went on my phone and typed in the normal address yet it redirected to peek.cosmopolitanlasvegas.com

    What’s weird is it shows correctly that I’m Platinum..yet my tax statements are WAAY off (If I go directly through the website I get my CORRECT 2017 win/loss, but through peek.cosmo.com I get one that HAS to be someone else’s)
    Also it’s not showing me any offers..but I have an email box full of them; maybe a bug?

    And for me, I think the website gets my tier incorrect. When I was last there, I asked at the beginning of my stay how many tier credits I needed, asked once during my stay, and confirmed I had earned enough.

    It's not a big issue, though, and I'll ask for clarification when things calm down.

    My tax statements are off too, only by about 20% on coin in but 75% on actual loss... Maybe the new site isn't pulling from the full database of play yet?

    Haven't tried to book anything yet, but the new site looks good. If the booking process is smooth, cosmo probably jumped from the worst online presence to the best overnight.

    One nit... I'm assuming they have granular session play history (which is what the "Recent Activity" page is drawing from), why not just display machine by machine activity? That would make this the most useful casino website by orders of magnitude.

    If they got that granular; they might be moving in to the territory they people might be able to “game” the system with more information.

    My tax statements are also way as well. (Both for this year and prior years.)

    It has my tier correct. When I look at my points, on the left it shows how many points I need, and by when, to maintain Platinum. That looks correct, and is convenient to have available. On the right it looks like it may be a small bug. It shows how many tier credits earned in the past 365 days, which is fine, then says "0 to" ( is that 0 to go?) and then says Platinum=XXX points, where XXX is not 50,000, but is the number of tier points I have.

    One thing I'm confused about is in the offers list. It shows two offers for 1 complimentary night and one offer for 1 companion night. Are those my Platinum nights or in addition to my Platinum nights? The dates line up with when my tier year starts/ends, so I'd assume it is those. But I don't think I've used either of my companion nights. (And I've made a reservation using one of my complimentary nights, so I might expect just one of those to show up.)

    I also just noticed that on the reservations page, the room type shown on my upcoming reservation is different from the room type specified on the phone and in the confirmation emails I was sent.

    That’s exactly mine too...so it sounds like whatever is wrong with yours, is wrong with mine...

    Site looks great! Very easy to maneuver around and get he information you need. I like the way it displays all available offers and costs all right there. Some other sites you have to keep switching between your offers and basically start over each time.

    Two things I did notice: 1, when I click on my account in the banner, the Tier points expire in #### days, and the #### is the actual amount of tier points I have. 2, If you start to book an offer, but then leave it without completing, it shows up under your itinerary twice. It doesnt have a confirmation # but shows part of the offer in the description. If you start another one, the previous one does seem to go away and is replaced with the new one. Maybe its there so you can resume your search, but I dont see a way to resume it either.

    Edit: After reviewing the Your Itinerary area again, it may not be your last looked at dates. It is now showing a random date stay with no confirmation and an offer I do not have under my current confirmed reservation. Anybody else seeing things like that?

    Finally had time to set it up and log on. Wow! I love having all the detailed info at my fingertips! I'm planning to move all my play to Cosmo starting next trip in Oct and the completion of the website is just in time to help me track what I need to move up.

    Perhaps it's just me, but when I signed in and went to book a trip (just to see if casino rates would apply because sadly, there were no comp offers available, LOL), the calendar wouldn't scroll to later in the year. The forward arrow didn't work. (I attempted from a Macbook, Ipad and desk top computer).

    At first glance, the new site definitely some functionality that is better than their competition. However, there definitely seems to be some bugs as it's now out in the wild. A few of the issues I've encountered are mobile functionality, win/loss accuracy, and random server errors.

    Hopefully, @Cosmo_Slot_Vice_President 's dev team is working hard on getting these kinks worked out.

    Does anyone know how these invitations to the new site are being sent out? Is it alphabetically, by sign-up date, geographic region or totally random? In any case, I eagerly look forward to trying everything out when I get mine.
