    Round Two

Wow, seriously, how is anyone alive after last weekend? What a trip. We partied our asses off, made new friends, ate great food (Jell-O Shots), great drinks and GREAT PEOPLE.

Apparently, four of us were crazy enough to do it again… Then we add some new faces that could not be a part of the previous weekend, @Way2fast (sexiest man in Vegas), @44inarow and @Phampau .

Good news for me is only one of these assholes would mess with RJ 3.0. Still uncertain if I need to burn the jacket. Usually happens on the 2nd weekend of the back to back. I’ll be watching.

I was originally double booked at Caesar’s and MGM, planning to stay at the MGM. Mostly for the crab legs. ;) I canceled the MGM reservation and booked an offer from the Venetian. Need the Caesars booking for the JLo concert on Friday night. Wife is excited about that.

    Plans include the following:

Arrive at the airport around 5:15. Check into Caesar’s Palace. After check in we will head to the room for bags and to freshen up for the night. Immediately after we will got get our car and head to Taco El Gordo for some tacos. After this we will see where everyone is at and head to the action. No drinking night one. —LOL as I proof this I wonder… Should I leave it, or what?!

Friday we will wake up and go visit some off strip casinos that I have never been to. Planning to work on a map tomorrow. We will hit the pool either at Caesar’s or Wynn depending on what we all have going on. Friday at 3:00 I will head over to the Venetian to check in for our room. I am playing in a baccarat tournament and get a little match play along with the two night stay. It will be my first time to stay at the V. Friday night we will be eating at Gordan Ramsey Steakhouse then off to JLo. After the concert we will meet up with @DirtyShirley and Mr. DS…. Plan is to stay up all night and finally get the wife some SREB… Then head back for a late morning nap before pool time.

Saturday the only set plans are craft steak for dinner…

    Sunday brunch… Bouchon?

    Flight leaves Sunday night.

Looking forward to once again, seeing old friends and making new friends. THAT is what is all about.

    Round 2

    Part 1

I love writing recaps. These are the posts I will look back at in the future to remind me of the very specific moments I had in Vegas.

Mrs. BS and I arrived after an uneventful flight. On board she had a two Rumritas and I had my water, they were strong (in her words). To tell you the truth, Thursday morning when I woke up, I almost cancelled the trip… I was still messed up from the weekend before. However, the wife was looking forward to it, so I persevered. Wouldn’t you know, we had an amazing time.

When we landed, I took the advice of another member to Uber over to get our SilverCar instead of taking their suggested route, for the sake of time. Getting to the Rideshare in the airport is a pain in the ass. Driver said it is way better and there are continual improvements.

$10 Uber ride and we had a very friendly driver so I gave him a $10 tip.

We got to SilverCar on Sunset and surprised the guy when we got inside. He thought he would be getting a text/call that we were at the Rent-A-Car Center. He pulls the car out of the garage and around front. Backs it into the spot for us and starts getting after it explaining the 2015 Audi A4 2.0T.

I have never arrived from the south of the strip… That was step #1. WHAT A VIEW!! I loved that arrival and we drove all the way to Caesars.

When I learned there was XM... Only one station would do.

When we attempted the valet, it was full… Damn. Ok, screw it, we will go ahead and park it in the garage. Wasn’t too bad throughout the trip.

We checked into our Augustus tower room, got ready and then went downstairs and took a cab to meet up with @broncofn.

We met up with them in the HL room at the Wynn and I ordered my first drink of the trip. The wives hit it off.

We went upstairs to get a tour of the Two Bedroom Fairway Villa relaxed for a few minutes then decided to head down to Sinatra for dinner…

Remember that time I encouraged bronco to gamble and he won $1,515? I do…

    Read about it here:

    I just "made" Bronco play.

So we are on our way to Sinatra.

Bronco stays back to finish his cig. I get our wives situated at the table and pop back out and say "hey degen, let's gamble real quick. I've got the itch."

No no no from bronco... Smart.

I said I want to win one bet...

I put my $100 in the circle and bronco goes $2,500 on each circle.

    I win. I'm done... +$100

    Bronco loses both hands.

    Fuck. Great idea BS.

He gets stuck for $30k. All in two hands $5k each...

    Wins both.

    Battled for a bit...

    Cashes this...

FYI our wives were both waiting in Sinatra for 20 minutes.

We had a good meal at Sinatra, it's no Carbone. I did LOVE the music. The wives were finished with bottle one of wine and ordering bottle number two when we had arrived.

While we were at the table I get a message from @Phampau that he is “walking around the Wynn with an H&M bag…” Let me remind you this was at 11 PM. As he mentioned, he got a lot of weird looks walking around. I spotted his bag in the Encore HL buying into a baccarat game. I went up and introduced myself and invited him back to the table to come break some bread with us.

We finish up our meal and I take my Whiskey Sour to the Villa.

It was time we learned what was in the bags!

I am not a cognac fan but I did have a stogie that I bought along the way.

We sat on the patio and smoked/drank before we ultimately called a car to take us to Caesar’s Palace.

    Part 2

I called the car about midnight. Requested they come to the fairway villa entrance. Very exclusive and very excluded. This was about midnight. We said it would be about 10 minutes. Then @Phampau poured @broncofn another round of cognac....

12:30 we roll down to the fairway villa entrance... No car to be found. Wtf?

Immediately when we pop outside we get security rushing us.... Wtf?! We had set off an alarm. Lol

Bronco shows them his card and that we are waiting for a car there. Welp, the car was waiting at the tower suites entrance... There were issues all weekend with the car service. (I know 1st First world problems.) Sounds stuffy, but when you expect something to happen, you EXPECT it to happen. The escalade finally pulls into the drive and we are on our way...

Guess what XM station the Wynn plays in all of their vehicles...

We get to Caesars and see a giant stack of chocolates. Wow, is there anything sexier?

The nice gentleman that was behind the stacks invited us to play at his table. ANOTHER great person.

As we are playing I am fading quick. I buy in for $2,200 and cash this.

2-0 in my sessions so far.

I cashed out way early, trying this new, being content thing. It worked for me and worked for the guys. Everyone won money that session. "Charlotte" the best CW I've ever witnessed in action brought us chocolate, hot towels, drinks on drinks on drinks. She was always in action.

    She brought these...

I was really wanting some pot stickers and I almost talked the guys into making the trek over to Talon, but Caesars' suits were on the case and had the house butler come down and take our order. We ordered some potato wedges, wings and pot stickers. (Yessssss!!!)

We go back to the private dining room to eat or grub, they got pot stickers confused with dumplings, but like any good Hoover I didn't waste them.

We summoned the Wynn for a car and shortly after this arrived.

    High roller moment...

Bronco bought in with cash and proceeded to cash his chips in cash. Once it was complete he got it out in a big envelope. After we finished eating, we walked to the front of the HL room... I said, "where's your money?" He said "shit" and ran back to the dining room to find it untouched. Stacks on stacks on stacks on stacks... Nice win!

We took @Phampau back to PH on our way back to the private entrance at the back of the Wynn. When I arrived I found my wife crashed, so I proceeded to join her for some rare sleep in Vegas.

I had also ran back to the room and gotten our toiletry bags so we could be "fresh" in the morning. That turned out to be clutch. A weekend about the wife never goes astray. All weekend she kept asking me who I was. Lol

    Part 3 next...

    Part 3

Wife and I woke up about 8:30 which equated to 3 hours for me. I busted out my speaker and started playing Sinatra as I exited the bedroom onto the patio.

Chatted for a bit and went inside and had a little coffee and a few pieces of fruit. Mrs. BS went outside and I opted for a steam shower. Always a great way to stay fresh.

Spotted one guy playing a round. He hit a nice shot under pressure.

Once done I rounded up the missus and we ended up sharing a car with Mrs. B. She needed to go to the forum shops so we had a car pull around to the fairway villa entrance and we were on our way.

    Nice road name.

We went upstairs and did a couple of things then I was off to get the rental car.

I forgot my swimsuit so I ran into H&M, (still on my mind from @Phampau lol) and got a navy swimsuit for $15.

Re: rental car…Several people mentioned; "Why?" "What the hell?" "You'll kill someone!" I will say this had we not had the car I would not have felt obligated to use it, but we made a memory that will last forever. The wife met me outside the Augustus valet with Starbucks and some breakfast. Did a nice drive down Desert Inn and into the mountains off Boulder Highway.

Stopped by two casinos that I've never been to. Boulder Station and Railroad Pass Casino

While visiting these casinos I kept my MO intact. Win $25 or lose $100 to gain my $1 chip for my collection. I ended up tipping $10 and $10 to each place. Railroad Pass reminded me how fucked up casinos really are. They don’t give a fuck about you or me. They want your money. (duh!) They had a sign up that said, “Cash your paycheck here and get a free hotdog OR 16 oz Coke.” Really fucked me up when I read that… I do not mind people losing money they can afford to, but this place was targeting the people who needed to stretch their dollar the most.

    The Hoover Dam

On the way back I wanted to stop in Hoover Dam Lodge Casino and Dotty’s Casino… They were machines only.

We made it back in time for a few hours of cabana time with everyone at the Wynn… I was being an a diva and paid $80 for a ride from Caesars over to the Wynn Tower Suites… I regretted that and wised up further down the trip. The main idea was skipping the long ass line.

    Cabana time

Once we relaxed in the cabana for a bit we were on our way back to Caesars to get ready for JLo. I told the wife we were going to walk through Venetian so I could check in to the room that we had for the Bacc tournament… Line was out of control so I quickly said screw it and we were on our way to Caesars.

Mrs. BS went up to the room and I told her I had a small itch to take care of before I would be up.

    In for $500 our for…

    Part 4

Went up to the room with plenty of time to spare. Got ready and we were on our way to Gordon Ramsay Steak to meet up with @broncofn at 6:00. I dropped the wife off at Paris and got her situated for when everyone showed up while I ran over to PH to get our tickets for the concert. One wrong fucking turn and I was walking all over Miracle Mile, until I came full circle and found the ticket counter. I was suited up, which I will have to reconsider in summer time in the future. I love to wear a suit and look nice, but when it is hot as fuck and the only thing I could think about was keeping cool, perhaps it is time to change something?

I get back to Paris to see my wife sitting out front. So we go over to a BJ table and buy in for $500. Turn it into $800 real quick then put a stop loss at $600. That happens a few short hands later, so I cash out +$100.

    +$100

We are still waiting and it was about 6:30 and Bronco said they should be there by 6:45 so I slid a hundo into a VP machine. I was down to $80 and up to $120 at one time… When I was at $120, I said stop, but I didn’t know what I would do while we were waiting so I hit it again… Should have trusted my instinct from the weekend and booked the small win. Once the ticket was down to $20 I cashed it, making me a $20 winner at Paris. Shortly after Bronco and crew showed up and we were on our way to eat.

    -$80

During the meal I was very much out of it. Wish I could have pinpointed exactly what it was, but my body wasn’t all there. Had some drinks, water and espresso, anything to provide a pick me up.

    Meat cart

    Crab legs... WHERES THE BUTTER?

Wife and I shared the American Rib Cap (8 oz). Savored every bite and mixed with all of the other food, the 4 oz cut for each of us was perfect. Bronco was generous to take care of the meal and I tossed in $100 for the tip.

We all made the short walk over to PH and got in line to enjoy the concert.

We had comped tickets, but you can see the difference in comped situations. Bronco was almost on stage and we were in the front of the second section. Didn’t bother us, we had a great time. I will also mention that JLo was the big reason we made it out, so I can thank her for the memories and the winning trip.

Yes, it was a good time. The ending was the best part. JLo can really shake her ass... My wife was in awe, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't too.

Immediately following the show, which ended on an insane note, we met up with @dirtyshirleyand Mr. DS. DS was blitzed out of her mind, I guess the day of flying had been crazy to her. We caught up for a few minutes and decided we would head over to Cosmo to take a limo from Cosmo to Wynn. Along the way I said hang on, I want to make a $100 bet at PH. I threw the dealer a $100 bill and said ONE BLACK. He said ID please… then proceeded to ID all four of us, so I could play one hand of BJ. Pain in the ass, but I DID win the hand!

    +$100

Once we got into Cosmo I still had the itch to gamble so I went to one of the three tables outside of HL that offer good rules except for S17. I managed to turn my $500 into $800 in a matter of three minutes, so I gathered my chips and went to the cage to cash them.

    +$300

DS had some issues with the car not picking her up at the airport, so she charged an Escalade to her room with the plans of her host comping it off her bill. We had the driver drop us off at the Tower Suites entrance and we went inside.

We were a little ahead of Bronco’s party so we sat down to play a little BJ, yes @DirtyShirley was witnessed playing blackjack! What a shitty session that was… She lost $600 and I lost zero after getting lucky at the very end. I would have been stuck. Mr. DS tipped for the drinks so DS kept calling all of our drinks her $620 drinks.

Bronco and crew arrived at 12:30 and we met him at the elevators to go up to the villa and share a drink before heading back down for some more gamble. I called and text @Way2fast a few times, but finally realized he had had enough Vegas and would not be with us until the following day.

Shortly after we went back down with@Broncofn, @DirtyShirley, Mr. DS, bronco’s cousin, @Phampau and his brother to gamble. I guess they hit one hell of a streak at baccarat and @DirtyShirley and I lit up the blackjack table. If I recall correctly, she won back the $600 she had lost earlier and now had $300 or so in profit… Not bad, not bad at all! I booked a small $100 win on the Wynn. No shame in that, especially after all of the fun we had and considering I was stuck at one point.

We took a car back over to Caesars and I told the wife I was going to look for a friend before I headed up to the room. I got into HL and found him, walked up to his reserved table and was just planning to watch, unless of course he invited me to play at his table. Instant invite… I give the dealer my money and we were off to the races. Session was terrible to him but I managed to double my money. Thanks to a gift from the Gods.

We said our goodbyes and I went up to bed, this bed thing, in Vegas, not too bad? Wife was blown away when she woke up for the second morning in a row to find me next to her...

    Part 5

Wake up to a happy pocket dump and realized I just gotten 6 hours of sleep in Vegas… Who am I? Even I started to question myself. We rose from the dead about 10:00 AM and quickly got ready and walked over to The Henry.

Our initial plan was to meet @DirtyShirley and Mr. DS for breakfast, but they got a jump start and had already eaten.

We arrived about 10:30 and we were told there was a 15-20 minute wait. Ok, fine… I went over to Bond Bar and lit $200 on fire playing DDB. It was approaching 11:00 and we were getting antsy, so we stalked the bar seats and finally saw one open up. Mrs. BS jetted up to the counter and snuck in front of someone who had literally just walked up to the restaurant. He was visibly upset that we got the seats, but not my fault he was about to get in the way of my SREB and Tator Tot Nachos.

Shortly after we went and watched DS play some slots and I purchased an early morning cigar. Smoked that with my Baileys and coffee and we all decided to head over to the Mansion to meet up with @broncofn and @Way2fast before Bronco’s next round of the tournament.

I went ahead and cashed in my two yellow chips from Caesars and my two Wynn chips at the Cosmo cage. Decided to hold onto the Paris chip in the name of time. (They have to call on any chips over $500. Black chips they will cash with no issue.)

We quickly ran up to see DS and Mr. DS's room since we had a little time to kill.

We took the Phantom over to MGM. Never gets old getting out of that thing. The stares, the curiosity, the wonder… It’s ok people I am not worthy of this, but let them wonder who these people are in shorts and flip flops getting out of a half million dollar car.

Mrs. BS was wanting to head over to the Forum Shops, but the Phantom had a pick up to complete at the airport. No biggie, she will just take a taxi… Taxi line was insane. Our driver from the Phantom, said “hang on I know everyone here we will get her to the front of the line real quick,” and quick he did. One whistle, one point and the next cab was for Mrs. BS. Tipped everyone appropriately and we were on our way to find two of the weekend's accomplices.

We went into Whiskey Down because that is where the tournament was being held. Once we realized Bronco and @Way2fast were not in there we went over to The Mansion. Plain as day the two degenerates were deep into a baccarat shoe, winning of course. Bronco made a mention that I must have special crab legs radar… They had just ordered them, but I was not allowed to have any. :(

Bronco’s cousin was itching to play and he told me he had just gotten railed by the double deck across the way. I was dying to play it. I chose the game and we went and played along with DS.

I absolutely murdered the table. I won $2k, should have been $10k, but the treading lightly applies to wins as well as losses. Not complaining, but I kind of am... One thing I have to continue to work on for the longevity of the game. At one point I said I would quit when I lost 5 hands. 17 hands later I was getting up.

We went back over to the baccarat table and shortly after, they had arrived…

    In all of their glory…

    The sight never gets old…

I didn't have a fork so Mr. DS who was closest to the cutlery brought me two chopsticks. No biggie. I still ate more than my share...

The taste was good as the first time. Ask @DirtyShirley or @Way2fastif we oversold them…

@broncofn had irresponsibly only ordered two entrees so, we ordered another after the first two were devoured in two minutes. Thanks again, @broncofn for the crab legs.

While sitting there DS was going up to cash her chips and I handed her four yellows, one black and one green. When she returned I counted it, prefecto! Not because I didn’t trust her, but because I didn’t trust the cage. She can be trusted. Remember last weekend when I gave her one of my yellow chips to hold? DS and Mr. DS are the real deal.

Afterwards, @broncofn and @Way2fast went to the table directly across from The Mansion Bar to play bacc with two fellas that had more stacks of chips than the net worth of most Americans. I joined them in complete observation mode and enjoyed a mojito that the new friend to my right had just ordered, great call.

While they continued to play @broncofn’s cousin said he was ready to pick a table for us to play at. He had very strict bankroll management, and I salute him for that.

We went to a table that was a $50 min with S17 right outside the HL slots. We both buy in for $500 hoping for some quick luck. Well the opposite happens for him while I am treading water. He was so disciplined, that when faced with a split and then a double down opportunity he did not pull form his pocket. Great restraint. It did give me the opportunity to jump in. I do not have that self-control, especially when you get an advantage against the casino albeit a small one… He had 7 7 vs a dealer 4 I was dealt a J K. He was riding a series of wins and had pressed his bet up to $200 and had $300 left in his stack. Splits on his own. Gets another 7… He was just going to hit it and I said NO let me take your action. Now I am into his hand for $200. He gets ANOTHER 7. I take the full action on that one. Now I had as much invested on his hand as he does. THEN A FUCKING FOUR. He has $100 left so we share the action on the final card, which was request down. I have a bet for $100 and I am invested for $500 over on his hand… Dealer ended up making a 19 and we LOST all four hands… Damn. I managed to battle back to even and cashed immediately after the final win, thankful for not being stuck my full buy in because of one hand.

We go back to The Mansion and before we know it it’s Bronco’s turn to play in the Blackjack Tournnament…

We meander over to Whiskey Down as @broncofn ’s entourage and we arrive a little early so we watch the end of another table. Everyone played pretty strong strategy. Then we found the chocolate/snack area… You wouldn’t have realized that I had just eaten all those crab legs. We had some Peanut M&Ms, Kit Kats, Toblerone and Famous Amos Cookies…

Bronco sat down at Table 5 Seat 4 (3rd Base) and was off to the races. We ordered some drinks and I finished my cigar while we watched. Second base was first to act at the table, he could do no wrong the entire time. Every big bet was paid and when he put a small bet in the circle it was great timing for him. Bronco made all of the right calls, but kept getting shit cards when he was all in trying to make a run, it unfortunately never came to.

We went up to the bar and got our round of free drinks. It was my turn to tip, as everyone had been taking turns making sure the wait staff was taken care of. Tipped and we were on out way out. We went back over to The Mansion so @broncofn and @Way2fast could get their green chips in cash then we were on our way to PH. While we were on our way, Bronco went into the VIP check in to check out of his room he had to book in order to get into the tournament and we waited patiently, so we could ride over there together.

We took an Escalade over to PH. It was @Way2fast, @broncofn, @DirtyShirley, Mr. DS and me. I got a Skype call from @Jordan while in the car, wondering how Vegas was. He was having the time of his life in a different time zone and we all got to share in his excitement. We rolled into the bottom of PH, everyone battling to be the one to tip… Generous group, as always.

@broncofn had to go get his newfound 7* card before he could get his rebates. Once he got situated we all went to play some BJ. @Way2fast isn’t a fan of BJ… We all managed to win a little bit of dough and were feeling hungry again…

This meal would end up fucking up the entire day after it was consumed. We discussed wanting some Pin-Up Pizza, since it was nearby. @DirtyShirley had taken herself back over to Cosmopolitan to mash some more buttons, but Mr. DS stuck around. He offered to go over to Pin-Up, but the pit said they would get the house butler to come down to take our order… We all thought we would be getting Pin-Up Pizza…

While waiting for the pizza to arrive, we played baccarat. BOOM! Another win. I also spent $100 on a table massage. Worth it every time. I also shared a little with @broncofn.

They popped up a table on the side of high limit for us to enjoy our “Pin-Up” pizza. Was it ever terrible… I only had one slice.

    P.S. It wasn't Pin-Up.

We ate the pizza and everyone cashed their chips and we were about to be on our way. I decided to walk back to Caesars to enjoy the strip, something I neglect to do so many trips.

Get back to Caesars to relax for a couple of hours. Mrs. BS had a busy afternoon at the Forum Shops. She bought a new dress for the night, a new clutch and a Lush "Bath Bomb."

Up next, Carbone, the meal you dream of....

    Part 7

It was 7:26 PM, I received a terrible call from @broncofn. The call lasted 39 seconds and I felt like my heart was ripped out. He was full from that shitty pizza earlier and was not feeling Carbone that night… WHAT?!

“Just come meet us at the Wynn.” - @broncofn

Damn, terrible news. Mrs. BS and I got ready and took a taxi over to the Wynn. Remember earlier when I paid $80 for a private car? This time I found the attendant and flashed him a $20. (I wonder how cheap you can get away with this?) Told him we needed a taxi and didn’t want to wait in line. He takes us over to the next available taxi and for $30 we made it to the Wynn without waiting in line. We go up to @broncofn‘s villa and see the sexiest man on the board, @Way2fast. @undathasea, am I right? Razz him a little and we are all hanging out in the room waiting for @44inarow who also was upset about the Carbone news. While in the room and chatted for a bit then I saw this on the counter…

@Jordan Chardonnay was consumed in the Villa…

I was playing some Frank over the stereo system in the Villa and we all decided to go down and have Allegro or as we like to call it, “Not Carbone.”

They had to take a little time to set up a table for us so we hit the 6/5 BJ pit right outside the restaurant. One guy in a Texas A&M hat was playing 3rd base and he said he didn’t mind if we joined him. We all buy in for $500-$5,000 and this poor guy is sitting on third base with $120 in red chips trying to figure out what the fuck just happened. We all lost money as we didn’t play very long, and THIS is a reason why…

We were nearing the end of the shoe. Dealer has a 4 showing. There are four of us and the Aggie at the table. EVERYONE has 12-19. We all wave it off “Stay.” 3rd base… “Well, someone has to hit it.” We all looked at him as if he was joking… Worst part… He made his 12 into a 21. WTF! Dealer has a Jack underneath and draws a 6 to beat the entire table, except third base.

We all bitched and moaned that it was the wrong call, trying to conceal it. We were not trying to be rude, just couldn’t believe why he would do that. It made for good conversation at Not Carbone. “Well, someone has to eat it.”

The food was OK. I got the Potato Gnocchi.

It was good, but very filling. I also got a side of Angel Hair Pasta.

@Way2fast got the Veal Chop Parmigiana or the Veal Marsala, cannot recall which one.

@44inarow joined me in getting a couple of mojitos and once finished we were on our way for another night of the gamble.

@broncofn ’s cousin and I decided to find a table we could play at. He was wanting to play $50 min… EVERY TABLE WITH ANY RULES HAD $100 or $300 min on the main floor… Wild. We find a carney table with 6/5 and a blackjack “bonus.” I had 21 four times I doubled all four. I won three and tied one. Each time the dealer had a 4-6 showing, so I took that as an advantage and this time it paid off. Nothing better than the dealer yelling, “double down on 21 to the pit.” I was down quite a bit at one point, but battled for a positive session and managed to get back the $200 I lost before dinner and another $200!

Bronco’s cousin was ready to call it a night, so they disappeared and about the same time down came @Way2fast in his gambling clothes. He was wanting to play baccarat. HL was $500 min, not really my cup of tea… He asked if I cared about touching the cards, and I of course said not. (I am rarely playing baccarat as the “big bettor.”) We went out and right outside of HL there was a table for $25 min, “mini-bacc” no card touching. We sit down and get down to the nitty gritty. In about 6 minutes they make the table $100 min, we were grandfathered in as was the hottie that sat in seat one. @Way2fast couldn’t keep his eyes off this gem. As CC would say, “the groceries were hanging out!” There was nothing left to the imagination on this lady. She kept hitting on Mrs. BS and as she walked away she was tugging and tugging on her skirt to keep it from exposing her ass. She and her BF were from Texas, boy was she a riot. She busted out fairly quickly and another gentleman sat down with approximately $20k in chips. All of a sudden we had our own "private table" when they upped the minimum to $1,000… WTF. I was stuck $1,400 at the worst spot, but managed to book a small win once we went on a small run.

@Way2fast didn’t fare so well, he has deemed Mrs. BS bad luck. Sorry! Next time send her to LV with a printout of a purse to pick up?

Mrs. BS called a car to take us back to Caesars and I ended up in rare fashion I going with her.

    Part 8

Woke up at 11... Holy shit, I just got 8 hours of sleep in Vegas? Back to back weekends and the lack of sleep on the prior weekend definitely played a part, but weird, I enjoyed the sleep. I also did a count and realized I was up $5k! Plan was to gamble with $1,000 and make sure to book a $4k win, this would be tested later in the day.

We packed up our shit and I began the obligatory, "can we extend conversations?" Mrs. BS wasn't having it. I informed her that if we stayed Carbone would be in the cards... She's wasn't budging. I text @Broncofn and told him once we got to the pool I needed his assistance to make this happen. He was on board.

Called the bellhop and I went to get the car. Told the wife to meet me at the Augustus entrance with our bags. I stopped at the Starbucks in the Forum Casino and was finally on my way with the rental car. Swoop in and get the wife and we start down I-15... Mistake. Takes us SEVERAL miles out of the way, lesson learned. Leave the driving to the professionals in Vegas.

We valeted the SilverCar at The Tower Suites and took a small bag of clothes to change into and went to Cabana 201, @Broncofn's favorite. With good reason, it provides a view of the entire west side of the Tower Suites pool, as well as a view of the normal pool to the North. Not to mention, you get a full breeze.

Once there, we mixed up some drinks and ordered some breakfast.

Then, as bright as day comes in @Way2fast, who had a busy morning. Jesus, is he the sexiest man on the board?? He had been to several of the casinos, pilfering their chip trays. I think he made a dent in some of his losses from the night before.

We left the cabana about 4:30 with plans of showering and getting down to gamble before we left town and those fuckers went to Carbone...

Oh ya, bronco and I failed at getting the wife to extend. Not for a lack of effort though.

We went up to their villa and did some very quick showering in order to get down and gamble...

I get a text from @Way2fast that he's heading down to gamble, I had showered and been ready...

To look as good as @Broncofn, it takes for-fucking-ever to shower and get ready... Killed time and FINALLY we were on our way to GAMBOL!

We found @Way2fast playing baccarat in the HL room. Sat down next to him with plans of playing. (They were going to let me in for $100 per hand.)

Bronco pipes over and says he is going to play some BJ... That's more my speed so I pop over and buy in with $2k, fully expecting to win. I proceeded to lose all big bets and find myself a little disgusted by the loss. I snuck away to use the restroom and found a table. $2k win was now the guarantee as I buy in for $1k. My goal at this last table was to win back the $1k and still book the $4k win on the trip.

I got hit in the face. Won multiple doubles. Was playing two hands. Never lost both. I was up to $2,200 so I put $100 in each circle and said if I lose I'M DONE. If not, I was going to add to the trip total!

    Cashed out TWO YELLOWS!

+$4,000 on the trip. Not how we drew it up, but overall I practiced some good self restraint this weekend. Not perfect, but improved.

Immediately after leaving the Wynn, we took the short drive to Tacos El Gordo... So did everyone else... An hour and five minutes later we got our tacos and devoured them quickly as we had to return the car.

Amazing. I recommend going during a slower time though, it was insanely busy.

    Spicy Pork

We had planned to hit up GVR and/or M Resort before the airport, but we ended up not having enough time.

We breezed through security with our TSA Precheck and sat in the airport while I received pictures of Carbone.

    What an incredible trip.

I still have low-key PTSD over that moment. I don't generally mind or comment on other people's play... but nobody had to hit that.

The spicy rig and those ribs are basically works of art. And now I need to trek down to Tacos El Gordo for lunch tomorrow.

Lol, I thought maybe it was a system glitch. I do believe that was 2 of my B2B2B, 3 weekends in a row trip(s).
