Just a follow up post after one year with CETs. I asked my host to arrange a trip for me for early December and he emailed me back and said he can no longer assist me and my account is transferred to Casino Service Group. I reached out and he said it's because my average play is too low in the last 5 months. He was able to arrange the Halloween trip for me but I had to cancel. Last time I was at Caesars was in January. I talked to couple people I know and apparently this happens quite often.

My offers doesn't seem to be affected and have been getting better in the room comps. But I don't know how to book the promotions (freeplay and etc)....hmmmm.

When you see your offers in the app, it will give you the code to book, so you can still book the same offers.

I haven't heard of that, but they have a certain number of clients, and if one isn't bringing in revenue, they may just push them off to casino services.

You can call and ask to speak to VIP reservations and they will help you book with your codes.

You can also create an online account with your players card on the Caesars Rewards website and book your offers there.

Booking online is easy and quick and so is the VIP phone. I have the worlds worst host in Vegas and never use her. If something special comes up I have been able to work it out on the VIP phone line.

I called the VIP line before and they couldn’t locate the code I gave them. I will do more research on this. Thank you :).

I haven't been contacted by a host in at least 4 months and on my CET app it had said host for Paris, Bally's and PH unavailable for at least that long. Not sure what's up.
