Caesars Palace LV considering building a new tower?

Apparently CP in Las Vegas is considering the option of adding another hotel tower. On page three of it's financing disclosure as part of the restructuring plan, it contains a clause about the right to build a new tower on CP property. And I quote: "New Tower Construction: Borrower shall have the right to permit OpCo Tenant to construct anew tower of hotel rooms, with related amenities (the “New Tower”) on a certain portion of the
Property, subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions,"

This raises the question what would a re-imagined CP property with a new tower look like.
My best guest would be that south end of the property makes most sense, provided they could do it within the setbacks / easements. If not then my second pick would be on the other side of palace tower, just behind forum shops. Lastly strip side next to Colosseum makes sense but provides challenges on how to connect the tower to the rest of the property. See my crude mockup below. The could re-use most of the design from Octavius tower which was designed to fit a much smaller footprint.
