    My room was not ready which I anticipated with the reduced capacity it seems the norm no early rooms now—so I was prepared to do my strip walk and then have pool stuff in a separate bag if it’s a really long wait

    Ugh, this sucks. I put in maybe half the action you do, and have always gotten food comped (not a ton, avg 200 or so). Looks like I'll be going easy on the room charges this next trip.

    Service at Palazzo and Venetian casinos was FANTASTIC. Drinks quickly to all 3 of us doing low level group play quickly each time we played.

    Pool service was great for drinks, food is REALLY slow. Like 1-2 hours slow.

    The reserved seat benefit was easy to use and fantastic. Also you can check in a little earlier than the normal cabanas 9am check in. They only let you reserve 2 seats but it was easy to grab a third chair.

    We checked in at 830 and came back at 1130

    That’s from Cozumel on a cruise stop lol,

    on this cruise stop we had an excursion and as the group was walking in a line I was looking back going thru the crowd talking to kids and I stepped and slipped and literally slid/skied on one of those yellow Wet Floor signs a few feet then did a total wipe out.

    Everyone gasped but I was ok except for a bruised elbow.

    Later at the beach there was a big inflatable toy with a hard thing to walk across like a log roll and a guy said about me “he can’t do it, that guy can’t even walk on dry land”

    This makes me feel better because I wasn't the only one with this experience but makes me sad too. I did end up emailing my host and asked her if I was playing at the same rate as I had in the past because I couldn't tell with the new program. It's been over a week and no response at all. I'm really surprised since she's usually responsive over email (not so much when I call).

    Since it doesn't look like charges outside of their promotions will no longer be comped, I'm not sure I will contact my casino host if I go back. Since they want you to make all the reservations online, it's an extra step to contact the casino host to do so for me even though I was told by her in the past that if I wanted her to take care of charges billed to the room, I needed to contact her to make the reservations. Now, that's benefit is going away, what's the point? Sorry, just annoyed that I didn't even get a response from the casino host.

    I’d email again... maybe your host was on vacation or out sick. This would be a frustrating change if true. We are going in May and will let you know our experience.

    Hi All,

    I forgot to write an update and give credit to my casino host who did finally reply (over two weeks after I sent her an email) to me. She let me know that she is still able to schedule a limo for pickup and return to airport, check in at VIP lounge, and comp additional food expenses if the level of play meets the high level of play from previous stay. To mitigate my "disappointment", she did comp my food expenses (except tip of course) from my last stay which I really appreciated. I don't have any current plans for Vegas in the next two months so I won't be able to "test" this yet but I appreciate her reply when I thought she wasn't going to respond. I hope someone takes advantage of this with their casino host soon. Good luck everyone.

    I can verify that for my upcoming stay the limo pickup is a go and I didn't ask for it. When I gave her my dates she immediately asked what time I needed picked up. Maybe she is sending an Uber.....hahahaha.

    So I know some people have been grumbling and I have only had a host at the Venetian (fairly new to this) since last year... but I feel like my host has been pretty nice. All meals comped, been going to free entry slot tournaments, and was now told she will comp limo rides for me from and to the airport especially due to lack of Uber and Lyft drivers.

    I’m a single guy going by myself and don’t need super fancy food and think my charges that were comped to the room for food and whatnot for 3 days was about 200ish. Limo is 40 bucks value plus tip. The offers they send to me are like 3 free nights with 200-300 free play but I feel like the potential from the slot tournaments are better so I use those offers instead.
