Cosmo/Delano QTR

We had a six day visit at the aforementioned resorts. It was celebratory in nature, as my bride has recovered from hip replacement and I had started a new job, in a different part of the government.

We had great fun with the view, the rain, room service, and a number of nice slot wins (as we took the approach of higher denomination suggestion) @ Cosmo. My wife had a spill walking back to our room one afternoon, as a result of water on the floor. Security materialized instantly......fortunately she was okay. My thanks to the other patron who helped and the security personnel!!

Customer service is always evident from the moment of arrival. VIP Lounge check in is a very nice perk. We took advantage of the proximity of the Miracle Mile Shoppes to stock up on snacks and err libations. Made a slight deviation to Pinks.......well worth it!

Went to the North Outlet and loaded up on Under Armour, Nike and Puma clothing. Was saddened that the Greg Norman shop closed it's doors. Taxi services during our trip was fabulous.

We had come from Vancouver as Gaga had started her tour there, so expectation was high for the Who and Cher. Both concerts were fantastic, hard to believe 70 year olds can rock. It should be stated that Cher was/is such a great artist and delivered a high octane performance. Many thanks to both bartenders who insisted upon giving me heavy pours that melted ten teeth and a large portion of my tongue. Bourbon will do that....it's funny half way thru a 32 oz beverage and my taste buds returned...

We also stayed at Delano, in a Scenic Suite facing the strip with views of MB and Luxor. Always nice to have a separate space to watch tv whilst someone is slumbering.

Room service (while having a limited menu) was quite good, with large portion sizes. Meals at Tender and RM Seafood were very good. I did reviews on both, on another site. It really is interesting to observe attire at restaurants.....need I say more

MB casino has always been kind to us. This trip was no different....winning at slots is always nice! I have a few snaps on my media page.....The only criticism we had at MB was the cocktail service....

The results of our TITO's was a three night return to Cosmo and three nights at Aria, tentatively mid January.

All in all a very nice trip and coming home with money is always nice

 

No hand plays......but enough wins to keep the trip very interesting

 

It is always nice to book another trip...especially when proceeds from one can go towards the other!!

Looking fwd to staying at Aria and I think we might gamble a bit at Bellagio and V/P. The Cher tickets we got as a result of our MyVEGAS play and we had a FB credit as well (custom rewards).
