I like Hattie b’s. Even when you order mild good chance it comes out spicy.

I’m tired of the Cosmo buffet tbh. Much prefer Bellagio and aria

Guys, you're ignoring the best part about Holstein's. The boozy milkshakes.

Fully agree that the food there is just ok and probably quite overpriced, but those milkshakes are worth every penny - and they are a meal unto themselves too.

Beggars can’t be choosers; think Wicked Spoon is the only buffet on the strip open right now.

Did they have anything else on the menu? Wings? How does it compare to a good shawarma?

If you go to China Poblano, I have 2 words for you:

    QUESO FUNDIDO!

Oh, and get the chorizo add on. It’s so good. Assuming you like cheese.

Yes, yes, and yes. I also used to love their quesadilla until they added a ton of mushrooms to it, but while I hate mushrooms, if you like that sort of thing, it's definitely worth it. Jose Andres is not messing around.

Wicked Spoon sucks. I ate there a few months ago prior to their most recent shutdown. I literally ate maybe 4 bites of food before I gave up. Speed and convenience were the only reason I kept going.

In all my trips I've never even tried it. I'm not sure I could be less interested in eating a buffet while in Vegas.

The last time I ended up there a few years ago it was only because all the elevators in the bank to my floor in the Chelsea tower were down and I didn't feel like walking far with my all stuff from my Hoover Dam excursion. lol

Okay I don't believe you can't take that out of its context. You must watch the film, "A Year Without A Santa Claus" in its entirety. Of course it would help if you were 7 years old and it was 1974 and stop film cartoons were still the shiznit. Heat Miser, Cold Miser are Classic.

My man, that is one of the Rankin/Bass classics. They also did the "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" special, and were affiliated with Miyazaki, who went on to form Studio Ghibli (which was responsible for "My Neighbor Totoro" and "Spirited Away", among others).

You would have to drag me in there. The 24hour pass that CET do (did) - I genuinely wouldn't take one of those for free. I coudn't think of anything worse after a buffet than poking another buffet in shortly afterwards. Meal slots are too precious to me while in LV to waste in a buffet. Occasionally someone talks me into a breakfast buffet and I can just about put up with that, I can treat it like a cafe and have a fresh omelette from the egg chef and be done.

Back on topic, that Bang wrap looks decent, there's definitely a gap for things like that around the strip. Unaware of decent shawarma anywhere.

I didn’t know that about Studio Ghibli-I’ll have to tell my kids. “Year Without A Santa Claus” is not good, but before cable and only TV with antennas it was all we had.

I can’t say I’m excited to try Bang Bar . (Do they have the gigantic pops like Moon Palace?) I really think all the restaurants are strong-it really just comes down to what you order. I’m not a fan of Beauty and Essex but other people love it. I just think I haven’t found the right dish.
