Well seeing it's only 3 days out and I'm sober I figured I would start my TR report today. Mr. Crystal (aka Hubs) and I have been together over 20 years and married 6 as of June 12th and my birthday is just days before so every year we do a week in Vegas to celebrate! We typically do the Aria and Bellagio but this year seeing I have fallen out of love with Aria have booked 2 nights at Cosmo, 2 nights at Aria and 3 at Palazzo. I don't mind hotel hopping cause I enjoy new scenery and am usually ready for change after 2 or 3 days at one resort.

I had an Oragami Owl (which I discovered while waiting for my dog to get his teeth cleaned) living locket made for my good luck charm...it has a four leaf clover, las vegas sign, champagne glasses, and my 2 other loves hubby(love you charm) and dog paw for my 4 legged fur baby) The engraving says blessed in the background but one that says Lady Luck is ordered and can't make it in time for this trip...so I guess I'll be BLESSED with a big win. My locket just arrived so off to a good start as my 2014 IRS refund came this week as well. 002.jpg

You need to add the Caesars salad to Carbone. It is probably the best Caesar in existence unless you don't like them... In which case, carry on.

Will add...it's just Hubs and I and although I am a glutton on holidays that may be too much food from what reviews say...is there a smaller size of salad or rigatoni so I don't need to roll out of the restaurant after dinner from food coma?

The rigatoni is a pretty small portion.

Love your living locket! While I'm looking forward to Lake Tahoe next week, I'm also sad I won't be in Vegas again at the same time as you. I'll catch up on your live trip report after I return since I know it's going to be great!

Sounds like you have a great trip planned, though if it was me I might have done the Rent a car for hike at Red Rock and tour earlier in the year, or after September, it's going to possibly be very hot as currently it's 107 in LV.

I'm going to be staying at Aria for 2 nights the end of July, if you see any interesting new games there let me know. Hopefully Goldfish deluxe is still there as I haven't seen it anyplace else on the strip yet.

Have lots of birthday and anniversary luck on your trip!

Love your locket! I had an encased four leaf clover hooked on to one of my player's cards that I sadly lost a while back so need something new. Definitely going to check out Oragami Owl.

And I'm glad to see I'm not the only one with Vegas trip to-do lists. Actually, I have a small notebook since, once my flight and hotel are booked and confirmed, I totally obsess about the trip until I'm on the plane.

Looking forward to meeting you on the 12th!

Love the locket. Other charms that may be cute to add is a Queen of Hearts card, or a club, spade, diamond, and heart piece? I have one with an autism puzzle piece symbol in it. ;) Looking forward to your report and big wins!

Checked with host Goldfish Deluxe is still there...hubby loves that game lol. The reason for renting a car to do Red Rock is because I need to find something to do at 6 a.m besides gamble lol. We will have many trips at the same time in the near future I'm sure!

When I first started going to Vegas 20+ years ago I would have an itinerary...the only thing I ever stuck to on it was the drinking lol....this is my first time in a long time doing a list...I figured it's easier to stick to than a schedule because once I first press the spin button and order a bevvy I lose track of time.

I didn't see those in the brochure at the vet. I will look online when I get back so my locket is fully dialed in for my next trip. (slap my hand...no talking about next trip until this one is done!)

Have a dandy trip and collect great amounts of cash in your travels. I noticed the red rock hike. Have you been there before during summer? Can be a toaster you know. Be well and careful.

Just make sure you only order one "portion" of the Caesar... I think it's $21 per salad and you only need one as its plenty for two or three people. We split two entrees and a salad for three people and it was more than enough food!

Also love your locket! If I had enough time before my next trip I would order one! I'll have to remember to do it when I get home, I have a few friends who sell Origami Owl.

I wish I had my lady luck plate but it was an order item that couldn't make it in time even after I paid the rush on the order. It's a neat keepsake so hopefully it holds up...very affordable. BTW I think you are there same time as me are you doing the meet on the 12th?
