Diamond Aspirations $100 folio credit

I have never had any trouble getting it at all. I have used it in Vegas, AC and Cherokee. I always just go to the star counter and ask them for it. Sorry you had problems

So sorry you're getting the runaround.

I wanted to chime in that CET will allow combining Aspiration awards with other offers.

They don't allow combining A1 and A2 offers together but do allow combining one or the other to another offer.

Just did this for A2 and a NYE offer. I had to go through a host to do this.

I hope you are able to find someone that can set you up with what you want. I can only imagine how frustrating this has been for you. Best of luck

 

Yeah your pretty much looking at a host to work the computers. It was a PITA last year, so I just booked the nights and folio credit this last trip on one offer.
Great thing was the folio credit automatically was applied so you never see a charge on your running room bill until you exceed the credit or you charge a gratuity to the room. This is improved as of last year where I had to follow up with front desk to ensure it was applied at checkout.

 

I tried to use that last year (without booking it ahead of time) and they wouldn't let me use it. The $100 folio credit is less than my usual free play offers so I just didn't try to use it this year, which is too bad.

 

I wish they would just add it to your next trip after you earn it for incidentals or gratuities. I've never used the $100 DAL1 folio credit because other offers are more valuable at this level and I typically don't have any food or beverage left on my bill to pay after a stay thanks to RFB.
