I'm assuming the answer is yes. I've had KF as my host for years. My last trip was Oct 2023 and my offers have remained the same since then - 5 nights comp terrace with some dining and identity play. However, I noticed my last email and now my purple mailer that just arrived no longer shows my host on it instead says to contact Resort Service to book. Guess that means they have determined I am no longer host worthy :( Oh well guess it isn't the end of the world since I still have my offers so far - the only thing she would really do is get me into my preference of a one-bedroom. It was sure a fun ride while it lasted.

You may want to call and speak with the host on duty or call the Identity desk. I am on my third host. This last time I went into the high limit area and spoke wiht the host on duty. She looked up my accoutnd and saw I had been assigned a host. She gave me my new hosts contact info and we connected during that trip.

I have not seen my hosts name on my purple envelopes or offers since my first host. Maybe they are moving away from that with so many people shifting properites.. Anyway, it is worth a call or stopping in even. Good luck.

Possibly. KF is my host and I worked with her for my NYE trip. I got an email offer today and she’s listed. Says to contact her, then provides phone numbers for Casino Services and identity Membership too.

Ya, I had to ring up recently to book (offers on the website were a bit squiffy). When I spoke to them, they said I had been assigned a new host - someone I had not yet heard from. They have me the contact details. Your situation may be the same. Worth giving them a ring!

Why not drop her an email…..I had her at MB years ago and she was always attentive.

Also had KF as our host for almost 10 years. I sent her a general email and she replied to let us know that MGM was “re-evaluating” who was “worthy” (my words!) of a host now, and we no longer made the cut. We were also told to contact casino services for future reservations..

I had the same deal. KF was no longer listed on the offer and I was directed to contact Resort Services. Emailed KF and she made the reservation anyway for April (the usual room (terrace studio) and small amount of dining credit I think). I did notice that I could have made the reservation purely online. YMMV

The good news is the fine folks who answer the phones at the Cosmo are great. Personally, I've found a call to the Cosmo was often easier than trying book via emailing a host.
