Drinking at Chandelier

    I will be on an extended stay at the Cosmopolitan next week and figure it would be a good time as any to plow through the lion's share of the cocktail menu at the Chandelier. I'll definitely try to drink them all, but no guarantees as there are quite a few of them. The menus can be found here:

    That being said, I'll be taking requests from the members on the drinks I should try and will give it my best shot to document them.

    I was hoping to do a live YouTube stream, but it doesn't seem like that can be done from a phone or tablet. I guess I'll have to be a weirdo with a laptop at the bar.

    I might just have to stay there and give a few of them a try. Do they have bartops at the Chandelier? If so, can drinks from all levels be ordered there?

    Yes, they have bartops on level one. If the other levels are open, you typically can not order drinks that are from other levels. However, when they are closed, you should be able to order everything from level one. At least this has been my experience when ordering verbenas that are supposed to be exclusive to chandelier 1.5.

    Do they comp drinks on level one? More specifically, do they comp these specialty drinks?

    Definitely thinking about it. I have been known to park my butt at a bartop for hours on end and working my way through a drink menu is always fun.

    It seems like lots of people had laptops this week but they could have been attending conventions.

    I like periscope but it's a little strange and the video is only available for viewing for 24 hours right?

    I think it's a cool idea but I can't mix a bunch of types of drinks without causing myself pain.

    Queue had some great sounding drinks as well.

    I might have to just do the gopro and edit them all together. I can generally mix hard liquor but no wine or beer ..... so this might be a good challenge. If nothing else, it would give me a good excuse to use Reviv again. :)

    LOL, if you do a drinking challenge with Riders I think I might have to bet on Riders, unless you've been busy training for it this week. I saw how you get when out of practice. ;)

    I'd bet on him too.

    I haven't had anything to drink from Chandelier yet since I have the dog with me. I may wait until @Riders gets so we have a duo. Maybe throw @dvandentop into the mix?
