I’ll give a recent shout out to the salon at Wynn. Lisa was fantastic on a hot stone massage. Masked face down they ask you to wear one face up. They gave me chocolate for my bday. Nice touch. I can’t wait to go back when things open up.

Well all you spa junkies out there I am looking for opinions of Waldorf Astoria spa. I booked a wellness package treatment for my Christmas trip and logged into their boking system to change to a later time on same day but had to cancel and rebook. Low and behold when I rebooked the price had went from the original $360 to $470 for the same treatment 2 hours later. I called and the reception said they increased the pricing since I booked last month but they would honour the $360. I don't come across any reviews on here from WA spa so curious if anybody has been. I was going to book Aria but I want more than just a massage.

I haven’t been since it turned to WA but I went a few times when it was Mandarin Oriental. I really liked their huge jacuzzi and heated stone loungers and the treatments were great!

Thanks @DK528 . I am wondering if they recently reno'd or why they did such a hasty price increase, 10% is one thing but almost 30% seems a bit high if nothing has changed unless it's to recoup covid losses. I will do a review.

Chalk it up to the thrill of anticipation, but the notion of getting ready has always felt like a special precursor to the main event. From Friday-night dances in your adolescent years to prepping for an evening out with your best friends, the joy of gathering together, popping a bottle of bubbly, and thoughtfully assembling your ensemble in the company of those nearest and dearest is an event all on its own. In many ways, this is the reason why the best bridesmaid robes have become such a valued tradition mother's day collection.

Hi, I'm a bit of a spa virgin. But I am going to be at Vdara next month (Sep) with my Niece and she would love to go to one...not necessarily for a massage but just to relax in. So, I am wondering a few things. Firstly, if one isn't having a massage, is Aria better than Vdara for the facilities? Also, I have read that some are clothing optional?! Does this mean they all have segregated areas re male or female? For instance (as I am male) does that mean there are no areas in the spa that are unisex? I think it would be a bit boring if we have to separate and not be able to chat?

I would suggest Awana at Resorts World, Qua at Caesars or Canyon Ranch at Venetian in that order. Aria and Vdara don't have much if you aren't getting a service as far as day pass and co-ed areas.
