    It's sometimes optimal in DDB. The optimal hold is actually influenced by "penalty cards" (cards that you throw away that change the best hold). But whether you threw a club away or not, I'm glad you held that ten too! And glad you did well on those 9/6 DDB bartops!

    Yeah basically Tunica will too; you just have to occasionally poke at it. But I still usually bet max at the bar. Hitting that max Royal at TAG makes me want to keep betting 5. ;)

    Hope you keep finding more quads and royals. And share some of your luck with your better half!

    Well DP the wife just got dealt Jacks for 25 credits 312.25 and got so excited and fucking hit draw and dumped it............so.....ya .....well. So how are you doing? I think I’ll hit the bathroom now.

    Blah. I probably would have plead mercy, but I could see them telling her to pound sand (but sometimes casinos will pay this out). I'm glad she held her hand at TAG! @TriggerMN forgot to hold his dealt quad there, and they also told him to pound sand. But where was her $20,000 WoF hit after throwing her hand away?!?! :( I feel bad for the Mrs. :(

    On dealt quads, I always take my time. I never want to experience this myself.

    Great running into you and the Mrs! Hope you had fun celebrating!
    We were at the Lodge bar late Sat night and saw the quarter bettors occupying the machines we wanted to play drinking themselves silly, argh! I have no issue with it, but sit on the machine with the crappier games if you’re gonna do that!
