FYI: 600 bonus Southwest/RR miles (or 8 tier Hyatt points per $1) per stay, is retroactive

I just became MLife Platinum last weekend and am going through all the offers/perks. I called MLife, added Southwest/RR miles to my last stays and will share this as a FYI:

Southwest/RR miles are retroactive for past six months and is a fixed 600 miles per stay.

World of Hyatt points are retroactive for the past 12 months, you receive 8 tier points per dollar which is based on your spend. "Spend" is defined as the amount you paid for the room and checkout balance. Comped rooms, resort credits and your gambling amount do not qualify so keep that in mind. While its easy for you to determine your room amount and checkout balance, the MLife Rep is unable to confirm the amount of miles awarded.

If you are interested for future trips, please give your RR or Hyatt number upon checking in.

For retroactive requests, here's what I did (perhaps a host can do this if you have one, I felt it was too early for them so I just called).
1) Do NOT call until you get your MLife #, Southwest/RR or Hyatt # and ALL your MLife stay confirmation numbers; consider copying and pasting them all in a spreadsheet.
2) Call at 866.761.7111 and press 0.
3) Politely state you're requesting your Rapid Rewards miles or Hyatt points be added to your previous reservations and you have all the confirmation numbers handy.
