G2e Meet

I'm at G2e each year so I'll be there. My husband is coming with me this year because there's a John Fogerty concert at Venetian at the same time so I would be interested in a Meet but it's too early for me to know how tied up I'll be with other things that trip since DH will be with me.

I just wish some of the games from last year would start coming out like Simpsons and Cleopatra 3

 

When I recorded and played Simpsons at G2e last year, it wasn't finished and they were still working on it. There's a chance that like the new WOZ game "We aren't in Kansas anymore" (which is finally finished, wish they would release it) that the Simpsons will be delayed another year and will just be shown again at G2e this year.

 

If Sindustry and VM is going I'm down with going.

How do I get a visitor's pass?

 

I went last year and enjoyed playing the new games. I really liked Monty Python which i have yet to see hit the slot floor anywhere.

It is pretty easy to get free passes and i recomend you go the day before to pick up your pass as the day of the show i was in line for close to 2hrs .

Looks like I'll be going to G2E again this year. Definitely up for a meet, so I'll be watching for updates as it gets closer!

 

When I was at WMS showroom in April, the Simpsons was in the showroom. Even with only 30 or so people it was never open for me to play. Also Monty Python black knight was there and I got to play it and try all the bonuses. Loved it. One of the employees told me there is also going to be one with the rabbit.

G2E is very crowded. The third day is better and easier to get to try a machine but the best stuff happens the first day. That's my opinion anyway

WMS on their Facebook page said that the Station casino VIP players got to try out the new World of Wonka slot recently and they put up a photo of that event. I asked when it would land at a strip casino but they are ignoring that at the moment so I'm figuring it's still a couple months or more from release. I just hope it's not years, as we are still waiting for the new OZ game "Not in Kansas Anymore" to land at casinos and it's been ready to ship for a while now.

 

I'm already booked and would love to do a meet up and high limit pull.

I thought these events were for gaming professionals and employees. How can an average joe like me attend?

 

It is for the Trade but when it gets closer to the convention date the slot companies and others provide some links for free passes. If someone doesn't beat me to it I will post a link or two likely sometime in August.
