Going to Chicago the band next week

    I am seeing the band Chicago my first time ever in about a week at the Venetian. I booked the show online first going to the Grazie rewards site then clicking before being taken to the Ticketmaster site.
    I have never stayed at the Venetian before or played slots there etc. I am a member of the rewards program which I sign up for online before booking the show.

    Will I be reimbursed with points? I see no action online.

    Did signing up for the card get you a discount with buying tickets? That's the reason my gf got a card.

    You might get some points on your card for the ticket purchase, but probably not a significant amount. To use it while playing at the casino, you'll need to get a physical card from the desk of course.

    Maybe when I get there I will go to the rewards desk and have a conversation with them. I'm sure they can fix it or explain more.
