How long does it take for a person's ADT reset? or never?

Person A, played very little in multiple trips 2 years ago, haven't visited this casino since then. Coined-in 40k today.
Person B, first time visiting this casino, got a card today, and coined-in 40k on the exact same game as person A.

Do they likely have the same ADT in their account?
Do casinos consider plays from 2 years ago, and give a much lower average?

It probably depends on the casino company. Person B most likely will receive a teaser offer. A may or may not. A may need to re-establish history - one day of good play may not be enough. Are you willing to share which casino?

I’ve seen changes on availability of comped rooms 7 to 10 days with increased play at CET. With CET, I’ve noticed it usually takes 4 to 6 visits of better play to see an increase in offers. If I upped my play 4 to 6 visits at my local Harrahs July and August, I’d expect to see an increase in weekly fsp and bonus reward credits with my October offers. It took a couple months of intentionally decreased play before my offers tanked.

I also agree, it depends on the casino company, and it would take about 4-6 visits of increased/decreased play to make a big difference in offers.

Typically the amount of time is similar to the amount of time until they stop sending offers without playing. So if a casino sends offers for 6 months after a visit, and you don't use them, then in month 7 when you have no offer you go and play differently you essentially reset your ADT. Some casinos send offers for a year or two after, and your ADT will remain for that long. At these two visits a year apart will be averaged together.
Again I don't think there's a standard rule, but this is based off of what I have experienced myself.

It's a general question, I don't have a particular casino in mind. So it's possible that the ADT will consider the play from 2 years ago.

It’s not a Vegas property but Margaritaville Bossier seems to be about a year. I only make it here about once a year and I’ll immediately get offers based on my recent play. Vegas casinos that cater to tourists might have a long window than those that do locals since many tourist may only make it once a year. But I have no way of knowing, just guessing.
