Is the Grazie website getting fixed?!?

    Anytime I'd click on one of my online offers, it would simply say to call the resort for details.

    I accidentally clicked on one of my offers today, and nearly fell off my chair when it actually gave details of it!

    Is everyone else able to see these now? Or was I the only one unable to see them before?!?

    They go back and forth. It's OK for some and then the "call for details" for others. There's also two different sites to show offers. The ones they send in the emails and then the ones you can ask through "Club Grazie" website. It's so weird...

    Their organization with these have been lacking for the last month.

    I'd say 9/10 offers I get from them show 'call for details'...which frankly I'm too lazy to do. Thankfully I get snail mail offers from them 2 or 3 times a week although I haven't seen one enticing enough to stay there since early last year.

    I also can see some of my offers on the website all of a sudden, but they still don't list all of the details like amount of free play, etc. I've been clicking on the link in the emails they send, and once I am in there, I can see all my offers with more of the details.

    I'm not one to call either. I always email my host, and he either calls right back or just makes the reservation and emails me. Unfortunately he is on vacation for 2 weeks so I need to suck it up and call someone if I want to be sure to get something during G2e.

    Mine is the same- my monthly offer shows the freeplay and food credit amounts- but others like the gift card or show tix don't show everything included. However, this is still better than before, so happy to see it moving in the right direction!!

    Like Rob said it's been doing that the last 5 months or so, some offers you can see online and some you can't.

    Is anyone else having difficulty accessing Grazie offers online? I've tried for several days and the "button" to click to log on isn't there? Do you think it's just a year end clean up issue? Given their past hacking problems, I was wondering what's going on.

    I think they are under construction. The hotel website has completely changed, and I don't think I can get to Club Grazie from it, and, if I try to go to Club Grazie from anything other than my desktop, it says the site doesn't work with mobile devices. Grrrrr.

    It looks like they are transitioning to me, but unfortunately in a very slow manner- it's been like this for weeks. Hope this really isn't the final version of their websites!

    Thanks. It sure is bad timing as I'm sure many players will be trying to print off win/loss statements for tax purposes. They seem to have had many IT issues lately.

    Thanks. The link worked. I still can't get to it using either the Palazzo or Venetian websites. I called Grazie Services and they couldn't find the link either. Guess there are still some bugs after the update.

    I logged in today to check my win loss for 2016 and it worked. I tried to get my win/loss from Cosmo and was told not until mid February...I always thought it was available right away.

    The best I could ever find was stuff about Grazie under offers, you can sign up, but agree no longer a link to log in. The new site design looks great but I really hope they get the missing links added sooner than later- and most importantly set up to work with mobile devices!! I really hate having to contact host just to find out what my offers are.

    I was able to use the link IrishDave gave us to get my offers and tax statement for 2016.

    I'm still out of town so only mobile- that link still is showing it can't be accessed from a mobile device......at least for me.:(
